I raised this complaint online and have contacted you on call but you stated that no complaints are taken online and I have to give you a handwritten complaint. Sir, I am Anulika Mishra, a buyer of a Reliance store and I bought a Bosch washing Machine in 2021 with a 5years warranty. Last year I started facing a small issue and it stopped working last month. I raised a complaint to Store Manager Shivay and the complaint numbers are:

Using this complaint number Akshay the support team manager sent two mechanics to inspect and repair. They took 2 hrs to open it and stole the spare parts. they did not inform me that the spare part was missing, they said only the button panel is not working. The Reliance rescue team requested Bosch to arrange the part but Bosch's team sent their agent to inspect the machine and find if any issue persisted with the machine, the moment he switched on the machine he said the machine part is missing. Did the previous agent gave you the spare part? I said no they took the pics they might have taken with them have they not updated for this? he said no.
I had contacted back the team as Bosch denied the service due to non-availability of spare parts. and on the other hand, reliance denied services and replacement both. My machine is in warranty and part is taken by the agents sent by Akshay Yadav. I have an email confirmation wherein, Shivay's store manager has confirmed that Akshay has sent twice the agent.
Please find attached handwritten request, I am going through with spine pain and due to that not being able to travel otherwise I would have visited your police station. I need a replacement, which is valid too, but they are now putting the blame. I have called a third party to pay them and stole the spare part. But the only thing is that the washing machine is still in the same condition as the reliance representative had left it. I need a replacement or money back as the product is in warranty and the spare part is stolen by the reliance mechanic only.
Please find attached the warranty paper and I have a call recording also wherein Store Manager Shivay has confirmed that Akshay has sent 2 people who visit and open the machine now Akshay to protect his team members is lying said no one has visited my place from reliance. As they do not want to do the replacement.
I have never contacted any local person as it is too costly to call a local in my area and i am very well aware that my machine is in warranty so there is no point I will call anyone outside and have contacted only the manager for support.
