I have purchased panasonic refrigerator. Additional amount was collected on account of additional warranty. No technician is attending the complaint for the past one month. Regularly calling the complaint customer care. Standard sweet words, extremely sorry, your complaint is on highest priority. End of the week, your problem resolved, your feedback on service. When contacted, Standard reply, Automated reply sorry same story. Getting frustrated with the service. When they can't serve, they should not collect additional warranty.
