Reliance Digital — compliance with gst concession

Hello,

We, from the Aerospace Engineering Department of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, recently contacted your store in Mantri Square, Malleswaram, Bangalore to buy a GoPro Hero 5 Black Camera. Since the purchase is for research purpose only, therefore we are required to pay only 5% GST, as stated by the GST council of the Government of India. We presented an authorized GST concessional certificate along with the quotation from your store. However, we found that there was no provision to avail such a concession in your store. They said they cannot offer any more exemption than in the store GST software, which is not in line with the order of the GST Council of India.

Please clarify on this issue and let us know if this can be resolved, and of any step to be taken from our side.
