Dear team,

Its very sad to mention that, when i bought the subject line item from your store its told thet the yearly filter change and servicing is free for 1st year and i paid extra amount to extend the policy for extra 2 year.

Todat dt[protected] the servicing guy come and told that there is some extra filter which is a part of the carbon filter also need to change of rupees 2500/-
My concern is that if the thing is like that then why sholud i choose livpure instaed of agua guart and other product, or why this thing not told at the time of purchase?
Request your intervence in this and help what to do next?

    I have purchased oriental cooler model cp3001h on 25/5/18
    It worked well for 1 month. From the past 30 days i do observe a lot of noise coming from fan due to its malfunction and the swing isnt working. So plz do help me with this thing by doing a service by taking it on your own since ypu do deliver the products or please exchange me with a new product.

      I bought an lg washing machine from you guys in july 2013 which had a 5 year old warranty. It has ended this year. However, i already paid to extend the warranty july 2017 for 6 months. When i called for a problem with the washing machine, they told me it was out of warranty. The people at reliance failed to submit the check until january 2018 or so i was told. They told me they would fix it and update the records but the problem still persists. The problem was fixed at that time and the people could see my valid warranty in their records. I faced another problem with my washing machine on 26 july 2018 and once again the service guys checked their database and found no record of my payment. I have not received a reciept yet since i paid. I have called customer service several times but nobody has fixed the problem permanently. I have also communicated via email with the head, mr. Yogesh, who sent me an email saying the service team will get back to me with a proper solution. Last conversation was on march 2018

      I had purchased one pone 18 month ago from barasat reliance digital and same time I had paid for 2 years warranty. 40 days ago suddenly I can see phone display is going black then I visit that store and submit my phone they told it will take 1 month max bot 40 days already over and they are not solving my issue

        I pre booked my dth on 13th of march for there Holi Dhamaka offer paying Rs 499/- in advance, where I was promised a connection in between 30-45 days. but already more than 4 mnths passed no connection or notification about connection received, then i mailed to their nodal officer regarding the complain, but no reply from their end, then I mailed for refund along with 3 reminder mails but still no reply received.         The tv when taken from the store was sealed and we didn't check the condition as we had made the payment a day before. When we opened the tv it was totally broken as if it had been smashed. We took the tv immediately to the reliance digital bhaktinagar the next day. To my surprise the staff reacted so unprofessionally as if the tv was not taken from their store. Do you guys deal with the customers, sell ur items, take the money and never reach out to the customers if there is an issue.
        The only reply that has been coming from the store and is that it is the accidental damage caused by the customer and nothing can be done. I will not accept that lie as there has been no mishandling from our end.
        Ms manali gupta your store manager said that she will come up with a solution. But the staff are hideous and the worst people i have come across my life. They are rude, unprofessional and the worst people to talk to. Such a reputed company but when it came to fixing or changing or least giving an alternative solution washed your hands from the case.

          I have purchased a reliance tv from ranchi jharkand from day one we are facing a sound issue, tech. Came and said there is a wire problem and took money, between 500-1000 and till date parts not replace, i just want to ask why that tech. Asked for money when the unit is under warranty and till date problem not resolved. And even we are calling that person, he is not responding, this is the first time i purchased from reliance and hopefully it has became the last time,,,, big promising done at the time of purchase, i am not the on who is suffering,, its the family,,,, please resolve or else please provide me the details of the concerned department who can help me in this matter,

            We have purchased a 2 ton split ac highest model in april from reliance digital. Faced many difficulties in installation which tool long resolution time. Now the motor is not working and have not received any resolution from service centre. They do not respond to calls and msgs. And the people who visit have no knowledge of the product and keep calling others for support. Customer's time has no meaning for them. Please see that my ac gets repaired soon. Within 2 months of installation a faulty motor was not expected.

                Sir, i purchased power bank from gwalior dd mall reliance digital store on 19 th nov 2017 with one year warranty. It is not working now. I returned the item to concerned person on reliance digital. They told to replace the item in two/three days. Now they are telling there is some problem with processing, bring the box, otherwise we cant replace the item. I am unable to find the box. Is it possible to preserve a small box? Please help.

                  We had bought a lg microwave oven from reliance digital. We had received that as a gift in marriage. After our marriage we went out immediately and had informed at reluance digital while purchasing that we will call afterwards for installation as immediately it won't be possible, for which reliance digital staff had agreed. When we called the installation staff on 14th july... They came around 19th or 20th july, while installing the service person discovered a dent over oven and requested us for getting it replaced. He even took photographs and loged complaint in service centre. Before leaving our home he repacked the oven casually. He said the company will replace it within 3-4 working days. But it didn't come. So we went to reliance digital, but there the staff had their own tantrums.
                  Our family has been a very frequent buyer at reliance digital since last 3-4 years... The billings have been usually rs 1 lakhs plus. And today we are struggling to get one product replaced that too which is having a dent and was discovered by your staff.
                  We need your support because we have paid for the product which is brand new and under warranty. Or else we will return the product to reliance digital. If you here only to sell it somehow then you should keep both the money and product. And we will change our seller.

                    Dear sir,

                    I brought moonbow hindwire water purifier from avani mall reliance digital score, howrah, west bengal. The technician provided by the reliance installed the purifier. But after 12 hrs after installation my wall mount water pipe broked and there was water everywhere in my room. I contacted the technician. He came after 8 hours and told me that it is not my work and u arrange the plumber to do the job. Now no body is listening.

                    20/7/2018_bought water purifier
                    22/7/2018_delivery done
                    23/7/2018_installed at 8pm
                    24/7/2018_pipe broken at 8am.
                    24/7/2018_technician and salesman contacted, but technician came at 8pm. The technician and sales manager told that you arrange plumber to do the job or wait for nextday upto 12am.

                    In the mean time (23th and 24th) i received calls and sms from hindwire engineers to do installment. I said installation is done by reliance technician. They said why??

                    It was emergency and no body listened and i have to shut my water supply for 8hrs on 24th july.

                    I am disappointed and want to return your produt. Please do the needful and return my money back.

                      Bought new refrigerator vide bill no.[protected] dated 23rd july 2018 from r city mall, the piece delivered was defective on 24th july 2018 and even the response is useless. Now they are telling replacement will take 2 days which i have objection since it was gift and was be given operational.

                      Very poor delivery with quality check before delivery and now further delay after 2 days and not sure what kind of quality piece will be delivered.

                      I want the new one to get replace by tmrw itself by 25th july and installed

                        I bought ifb make 1.5 tone split ac in 1st week of may. Installation completed on 08th may. On 22nd july night ac outdoor unit stop working and the same night i register my complain on ifb website, next day 23rd morning i again register my complain on ifb customer care no. ([protected]) it was promissed that complain will attend in 24 hr. But nobody visited even in 48 hr. Next day 24th, i again call customer care, he give me mr. Nilesh mob no.. Mr. Nilesh connect with some local agency, lady seating over there told me that on your name no complain register till date, even in record you are not showing our customer. Again i call customer care, he give me mr. Bhadresh mob no. Mr. Bhadresh told me that he is no handling my area. Again i call customer care no. Now executive confirm me that by mistake he book my complain as demo complain not service complain.in their record my installation completed on 08th may, even though he book my complain for demo, even he mention in call that outdoor unit not working,, ac not working..... Such a worst experience in my life. I made a big mistake of my life to buy ifb ac. They promised to attend call within 24 hr whereas noone has visited till date. I regularly buy products like samsung refrigrator, vise led, philips hair dryer, kent ro, from relience. I would request relience that remove all the product of ifb from your store, talk to ifb official for this case. And make sure that you can save your future customer from this harrasment

                          Headphone has warranty of 1 year my purchase details are as below:

                          While purchasing sales girl told me it can be replaced from reliance digital store only in case of it not working.

                          But now they are telling me to visit sony center which is not possible for for me please help.

                            I bought samsung washing machine from reliance digital, iti road, audh, pune 411007 dated 21th july 2018 details bill attached.

                            I got delivery 22nd july 2018 and delivery boy opened the product and found zero damage/crash. Today, 23rd july 2018 mr shabas shaikh came for installation and demo. He was trying to install bottom cover which is in black color at the time of installation, he laid down the product on ground and damaged and crash on the product. We have immediately stop the installation and contacted to the store and spokes with mr. Rahul girange about the damages and registered complaint.

                            I request you to replace this damaged product with new.

                              I bought a motorola g6 phone from reliance store at gip mall, sector 18, noida on 16th july 2018. The phone hanged as the sales representative was showing it to me. But he convinced me to take the phone as he believed it might go away after some s/w update, and because that was the last piece available with them at that moment. However the phone did not ask for any s/w update and kept hanging, and restarting randomly for next few days. On contacting customer support, i was advised to follow some step to confirm the problem, which i did, and the problem persisted.

                              I submitted the phone in store on 21st july 2018, which was taken to the motorola workshop by one of your sales representatives (He helped me get the phone to workshop. Thanks to him.). I was assured, if there is a problem, it will be replaced with a new set.

                              Today (23rd july 2018), i have been informed that the firmware of the phone has been updated and i should take the phone back.

                              My point is, i have paid for a new phone, and i am expecting to get a new one. I will not be satisfied with a phone in which problems have already been noticed.

                              I have bought numerous products from reliance and i do believe the company does want to sell us products with problems.

                              Requesting you to understand my concern and provide me a new phone without any issues.

                                I have purchase sharp aquas 32 " smart tv from reliance digital pune fatima nagar in rs 21000 (With 2 year warranty) after 3 month my tv was suddenly shutdown. When i raise to complain in customer care after 4 days their technician come in my home and tell me its a software issue it will take time si i ll came back soon but after several call from my side to customer care and also visited several time in store also again after 4 5 days new technician came with software and after seeing my tv he told me its mother board problem i ll came back with mother board when it get available.. But today after 24 days passed nobody came to my home tp solve my complain, not even responding my call also,

                                I am totally fed up with this followup and always think its big mistake by me why i purchase tv from reliance digital.

                                  I bought refrigerator and washing machine from reliance digital pune. They dont know the difference between complimentary warranty and extended warranty. They fool customers by giving complimentary service in the name of extended warranty. I even registered complain against them. But i did'nt receive any complaint number also. Please do not purchase any electronic equipment's from reliance digital.

                                    I purchased a iball combook from reliance digital wave mall jammu. The official there showed us laptop and got my husband’s signature on a some billing receipt. Packed the product and we came back home. As soon as i unpacked the laptop i saw some air bubbles on screen under screen guard. I called at store, n some official namely himanshu prasar ask us to come back to store. I came back to store. Three officials are gossiping at an end. I told them the whole story and request them to change the laptop. But they said it’s nothing. Just an air bubble. Remove the screen guard n it will go. But i insisted to change as i purchased it for gifting to my sister. But they keep on repeating the same thing that there is no defect in laptop so we cannot take it back. Then i asked them that i want to meet mr himanshu, as i already discussed the matter with him. They called mr himanshu. Mr himanshu looked at screen and said u have hitted the screen. And showed us the signature on billing receipt. He started using absurd language with me too and said, ” anpad log ho kya? Padh likh k sign karna tha. And shut the book on my face and said i will not change it. It’s your problem now. It was the most humiliating moment i ever faced. Then i went to store manager for his bad behaviour complaint. But before i tell him, he whispered something in his ear. And the manager straight away said, ” i can’t do anything. It’s your fault. U have to check it before you purchased it. I explained him dat this mark is not visible while the laptop is on. Due to brightness it disappeared. N you people let us check it while it’s on. So how can i point it out? But he still denied. Then mr himanshu again came there and said us to get out from there and started using abusive language saying take my employee id and do complaint wherever u want. I am not afraid of any one. N started passing weird smilies, humiliating us. This the way a customer is treated in reliance digital store, and that too when the customer is a lady. I will never recommend someone to go there. I want justice for the humiliation that mr himanshu did! Employee id of mr himanshu is 60191726.

                                      My reconnect led tv 32 inches not working.only sound no display.
                                      On 5/7/18 I placed a complaint the mechanic came and taken photographs of the circuit board but it is almost 16days have passed but no reply from your side when my TV will be OK.
                                      My tv is in extended warranty period
                                      After repeated contact to customer service no satisfactory answer that when it will be ok.

                                      I had purchased a HP laptop from Reliance Digital Store Located in Alwar, Rajasthan. I just Checked the remaining warranty period online and it shows 7 months. I had purchased this laptop on 11.05.2018 and the HP support system says warranty has been activated since December 7, 2017.
