Self visited Reliance Digital Brookfield shop asked for a laptop for office use, they sold a HP LAPTOP with MS OFFICE STDENT VERSION. Now facing lot of problems
1 unable to connect with my office mail
2. Even if it is connected unable send mails from the laptop
3. If i want to buy MSOFFICE office version peoples are saying MSOFFICE 2016 is uploaded the laptop will perform slow
I don't know what to do. All of can't...

We had ordered LG MWO from reliance digital store in Bangalore on 8th July . The technician was supposed to come and do the installation and demo in 9th . It has been 3 days and the technician keeps giving excuses . The customer service also no one responds well. They just put us in hold for long time .
It is much better to buy electronic products from other brand stores.
Worst customer service...

It worked well for a few months. But since then every 6 months it stops functioning.

I bought the AC by cash and not EMI ON 22nd of July. After three days I received the product after tweeting and complaining because the store guys lost my product. After a week it got faulty. Entire gas leaked because reliance used their own installation and not the brands. Escalated via social media and it's been going on since . The store manager behaves rudely and disconnects . No one seems to be helping. People are just not concerned...

I had logged a complaint in ResQ on 4th May 2018. My complaint Reference No. : [protected]. I am followed up with ResQ support about this for more than 10 times by phone call and by email but every time their support executive told your issue will be resolved in one or by today but the issue still not resolved.
They have pathetic service I ever was seen. They even don't bother to message or call the client about the status of the request....

My self yogesh sharma i had purchased a handset at reliance digital, aggarwal mall shahdra date on 11/2016 also purchased insurance & resq plan. when i purchased Resq plan that time SALES PERSON MR ABHISHEK said to me that in this plan urs mobile fully covered all types damage(water problem also). Sometimes before my handset front screen damaged & some dent in back side cover.

I purchased Samsung split AC from your outlet at D Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi 110018 on 4th July, 2018 by paying INR 39000 in cash. The AC was delivered ay my residence before noon on 5th July, 2018. Same day, the engineers from your company came to install it at around 2 PM. After mounting the instruments they asked me to fill a feedback form as one of them had to go and install another AC. Though they did not show...

We are complaining for the same issue for almost past 3 months and it is not resolved yet. Service centre is closing the ticket with out resolving and confirming with us, saying technician confirmed to them that it is fixed. Subjected ticket is open since 23rd june 2018 and till date no technician has visited our place. Please advise who is responsible for this inconvenience? When can we expect this to be fixed? Took advance payment for ac and denied to deliver on the committed date. Forced us to buy another expensive ac in place of the one we have made advance payment for. When we denied buying the expensive unit they asked to wait for another 1 week. With great difficulty agreed to refund but took six days to initiate the refund. They are not giving us any date or duration of refund. Have been badly harassed by the team. We feel so cheated....

Such a worst experience with the reliance digital resq hanamkonda warangal branch. I have purchased a samsung refrigerator 5in1. I have asked for the delay of product demo and manufacturing issues. The guy mr. Kranthi doesnt have minimum knowledge how to deal with the customers. He is speaking very irrespective manner. With rude behaviour. Reliance digital shopprix mall meerut is one of worst digital store in matter of cx service and product... I have purchase a 1 ton ac of reconnect on 27 June 2018 from reliance digital it is delivered damage to me and even the ac is not been installed up till now... And the manger who is assigned for the job he is more worst in term cxx service Now its a high time for me...

This is my third time experience in reliance digital store, hanamkonda 506001, very un professional way and rude behaviour of employee, today morning i went for wireless mouse purchase, employee behaviour and unprofessional way i have not purchase the product also. Even store in charge also not responding.

If the same situation is continue no body will intrest to purchase

I visited the showroom and asked and explained the problem very clearly to replace the old pipe of my washing machine totally (Please note i didn't say that extension is required, since there was a leakage in the old pipe i asked to attach it to the machine directly not to the old pipe). I purchased aquaguard R.O. on 16/06/18 but whithin 7 days this produt not working properly . Only 100 ml water purified in 24 hrs . I have been having problems with internet speed on my jio. At most times it is unable to even open its own app's details like my plan, vouchers. I have been having this problem for about 4 months and could not get over it. Tried jio customer car but wasn't fruitful.
