Reliance Digital — continuation of repeated pathetic service | |||
I am deeply agonized by now due to the repeated failure of kent water purifier (Bought from reliance digital) and the related ordeal that i and my family had to go through every time we registered a complaint with resq. I honestly don't know if kent is to blamed for a poor product or resq to be blamed for a horrible service team. Calling up resq team, getting drubbed by their arrogance, keeping up with their missed deadlines, has become a part of our life. This attitude of resq team is far more consistent than the water purifier. I would request you to kindly step into my shoes and experience it for a day.
