I have requested multiple time for the bill, as from the app I was unable to download & share the bill copy. Have raised mail and discussed via twitter message. They are not ready to help resolve the issue . Thier solution related to app uninstall and install did not resolve the issue. Asking for a soft copy of the bill to my email ID.
Also I was told by their sales team I would get one month free offer on 3 month post paid. I was fooled by their team and no action or customer support is given. Was this information helpful? |
