I purchased jio phone from Reliance Digital at Mani Square Mall, kolkata 700054 on 20/6, coming back I saw product is defective, it's getting restarted again and again automatically.

They sold defective product with intentionally, refused for return/refund, informing to visit service centre.

What sort of cheating business is it to sell defective product.

Kindly inform how to get return/refund.
