Reliance Digital — Defective product sale and fake warranty sale

The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased an Iphone13 with total damage protection on 29th May 2022 and 20:17 pm worth Rs 84851 and from day one I purchased the phone I found out there is problem in display and camera and now network problem call drops and calling problem. I reported the issue on 30th May 2022 10:00 am as on same day dealer was closed, during the purchase the sales person told that whatever issue is there if you buy total damage protection whatever damage or issue is there within 1year then no need to go to service center your new phone will be replaced. But in Reliance warranty document 20% and 40 % charges is there for 6 and 12 months of service period. Now after one day they are saying to go to service center instead of exchange and making them move here and there. The manager of dealer is refusing to exchange saying if it would be same day we could have exchanged but we purchased on late night so which is impossible to exchange so we reported very next day. They are saying to move to service center and they are having some conversation with service center personal. If service center says ok and let it go and after 7 days I face same problem then I have to run every time for service, because from day one I am facing this much problems then after some days more problems will occur. We purchased product from Reliance digital with a hope that we will get a good product and service but we are purchasing defective product with unexpected behavior from service team saying once product is sell from our end not our responsibility even if we face the issue on the same day of purchase.

It occurred on: 29/05/2022

As the phone had issues from day one I want Reliance to replace the phone or refund the amount I have paid, I can't move to service center for repair.
