[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Delay in delivery and casual staff

Hi i have purchased one voltage ac in 8th may and executive told me that it will be delivered to you next day
I followed up many times and no one picked up the call on 9th may.
Then i visited the store leaving my office early to make sure that it should be delivered on next day.
But 10th i call the showroom guy at 9:35am to make sure that ac should be delivered on time.

Again around at 12:30pm i called the guy and told the it is not delivered till now then he told me that sir there is some issue and we cannot deliver it today and same will be done by tomorrow.

So bad to see this kind of service from reliance digital
Now i think i have made a wrong purchase from reliance digital, i could have purchased from csd store till date they have also delivered me and lower price.
