[Resolved] Reliance Digital — delay in delivery and pathetic service | |||
Reliance digital panvel provides a pathetic service to the customer even before the purchase of a product. We had booked a ac for which they committed a date of delivery but the delivery did not happen on that day. After calling them several times and listening to there false replies they told us that the product will be delivered by the next day but again same thing repeated. Me and my husband calling them since morning in there store at call centre calling d driver and they were giving us false delivery status stating it wil reach us in next half n hr 15 mins n bla bla.. But we did not receive. 1 should think 100 times before buying anything from reliance digital they do not care for there customers and 0 service.
