Reliance Digital — Delay in service and no replacement for defective laptop

I have purchased DELL laptop in Reliance digital on 31.12.2022 and after 2.5months o[censored]sage laptop screen is flickering and getting blank. Service request raised with Dell customer care and reliance digital customer rescue department. Now one month is over & Dell people are not able to resolve the issue and not providing replace as well. Reliance Digital they are saying not responsible for this delay and replacement. Please resolve this issue with replacement with new laptop with compensation for the service delay or Money refund with composition
