Reliance Digital — Delay of delivery any no positive response

As this is infrom to you that I have not received the order yet as it is showing expected delivery on 4 jun 2021. I am continually trying to reach by different mode of communication but didn't get any response.
And I. have not got any update regarding my order. There is no option of canceling the order and no information about when the product will get delivered.
Please advise
