Dear Team,
3rd of this month I bought a Bosch 559litre refrigerator priced at @66k at Reliance Digital, madinaguda store in hyderabad. You may check the order copy attached.
Refrigerator is premium but delivery is not.
1. Product was delivered on 9th Apr 6days after purchase which is already a big disappointment
2. Packaging was not intact which is one more disappointment
3. 11th Apr installation executive arrived and opened the packaging assuming to use it from today.
To our surprise it's damaged at the back corner and is being adjusted with some kind of glue or m-seal. This resembles the product is identified damaged earlier and was delivered adjusting it.
On the very same day replacement request was initiated by the installation engineer but date the product is not delivered yet.
Upon visit to showroom they offered me discount rather than replacement and informed the product is received the same way from the manufacturer.
Its more than 15days from the date of my purchase but not in a position to use the product. Reliance digital is not committing any time line for replacement delivery even after escalating to their CEO.
Request to look in to the issue and resolve the same on priority.
