Reliance Digital — delaying to replace tv with screen complaints

I bought a reconnect 55 inch smart tv from reliance digital kochi, oberon mall. After few use of 1 and half years the tv started to show burned images and now shows red and blue line. It's been months that i have complained to the service department of reliance digital, but they are not taking any actions to replace the tv screen under comapny warranty, please do the needfull
