Reliance Digital — Delivery and installation delays of over 1 week for our TV Purchase

I purchased a Sony 65 Inch OLED TV on 2nd April 2022 (order ID:[protected] from Reliance Digital showroom at Sharath City Centre, Unit No 2F 067-073
Second Floor, Gachibowli - Miyapur Rd, Whitefields
Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana- 500084.

We were promised a delivery in 3 days followed by installation on the same day. However, inspite of multiple followups and escalations for a full week to after sales and store managers, the delivery was not done untill 8th April 2022 late evening. Inspite of the delay, we were also denied installation on a timely basis and the behaviour of all the concerned personal we were talking to were unprofessional and gave misleading information about the delivery status and installation commitment.
