I bought a Television from Reliance digital at GIP mall in Noida. They promised the delivery within 24 hours. I have been calling at their store number to check the delivery status and they keep on saying that we will call you back in 10 min but they never call back. Since morning I have already called them 5 times but still the same response that they will call me back in 10 min. Most of the times, some lady picks up the call and it looks like she has crammed the same response for all customers "We will call you back in 10 minutes" . Very unsatisfactory, unreliable and inconvenient customer service from this store. I already had very bad experience with the Reliance Digital Store in GIP. At the time of selling the product they said it would be delivered before midday the next day, then by 6:00 PM, then by 8:00 PM and now when I am calling them, they are saying it will be delivered by 10:00. I have wasted my whole day. Never by from Reliance Digital. Chroma is prompt and so is Vijay Sales. Was this information helpful? |
