I bought a dell laptop on 1st nov 2015 from reliance digital which ideally has 1 year warranty. The laptop had some issue for which i tried logging a complaint on 24th june 2016 and to my surprise neither dell nor reliance digital were willing to accept my complaint.
On probing further realised that the warranty had expired on 26th nov 2015, 26 days after buying a new dell laptop and not to forget i have taken a extended warranty from reliance digital for 2 years.
I had to fight with reliance digital to accept my complaint (No[protected] and subsequent complaint (No[protected] as earlier one was closed. Warranty was suppose to get updated within 7 days as dell india had to send the request to head office - usa. Till date the warranty has not been updated.
My keyboard is not working and i find it very difficult to work. Am fed up following up with reliance digital as i beleive its their job to update the warranty. Was this information helpful? |
