Reliance Digital — Did not receive product after 3 days of booking though it was written 3 hours instant delivery.

I have ordered a Kenstar Grilli 750 Watts Sandwich Maker with Non Stick Teflon Coated Grilling Plate, Black (KTG02KGP-DBH) on 2nd May 2022. The payment of Rs.899 was done through online UPI instantly. It was written that the product was supposed to be delivered within 3 hours of booking (instant delivery) as I opted for instant delivery. It was been 3 days but I have not got any update or received delivery yet. I have already called the customer care service twice (once on 03.05.2022, again on 06.05.2022) both the times I was promised that the product will be delivered on that particular day only but nothing came. I have lost all my patience and now I am bound to launch a complaint against this fraudulent e-commerce service. Now when I want my order to be canceled and my money refunded, the website or app does not have an option of canceling orders. I am totally stuck with my money in vain. I want my money back and my order to be canceled immediately as soon as possible.
