Reliance Digital — Dishwasher Replacement not done after repeated reminders

I purchased a voltas beko dishwasher and when the technician unboxed it same day, we found a big dent on dishwasher. The technical report was submitted the very next day and was approved. But then no update on replacement. Called customer care several times and they saying the replacement order will be generated at the internal team convinience. They dont have any SLA or timeline when the defective product will be picked up. And then they say it will take 3-4 days to deliver new product after pickup.. They dont have any escalation point nor any timeline. God knows when my issue will be resolved. Very very bad customer support.. No commitment from Reliance digital.

Updated by Sudhansu Sabat No update from Reliance digital till today. The CS says, have to wait till the bill is generated andit can be in 3 days, 7 days or even months. no one knows and there is no further escalation.
GUYS / CUSTOMERS - DO NOT BUY FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL and SPECIALLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE IF YOU DONT WANT SUCH ISSUES
