[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — exchange of product

We wanted to exchange a headphone to a earphone. Before we tell the executive had removed and packed in a untidy way. And then they say it won't be exchanged because of the removal of the package.
It is the executive mistake and we did not like the way they refused. Because of the executive mistake we couldn't exchange. Please see to it and kindly try to exchange the product.
