Reliance Digital — extended warranty plan of reliance digital (rcp) for lenovo laptop

Sir/ madam,

I have purchased a lenovo ip100 laptop (S. No. Smp122z76)
From reliance digital, u mall, coen road, hubli on 07.10.2016.
With the same purchase, i had bought the extended warranty reliance resq care plan for 1 year. After this i extended the warranty plan for another year on 7.10.2018

I have been facing a problem in keyboard of my laptop from one year. So i raised the service request on 9.9.2019. I gave the laptop to the service personnel on the same day.

Complaints with reliance resq care;
Service request no: [protected]on "9th september 2019"

The reliance resq service personnel has told that the spare needs to come from lenovo and they have ordered it but even after two months, no proper communication from reliance resq service or the service personnel and now they blocked my call.

This is not the first time, last year also they kept my laptop for 4 months and returned without repairing.
