I purchased an iPhone on May 5th, 2021 which was to be declared on 8th may, 2021. However, even after registering a complaint on high priority on 9th May, 2021, the product wasn't delivered.
It is 21st May, 2021 today and my product still hasn't been delivered. The status is showing 'INVOICED' since day 1.
I have called the customer care service each day for an update, but the only solution they give is 'Wait for the product'.
