Hi, I've pre-booked Apple iPad 8 gen on October 1st.
The promised to deliver on October 7th where as imagine store said it'll take 10 days for them. Hence the waiting period is low I preferred Reliance digital, it's been almost a month and the manager is the worst of all. He asked me like 4 to 5 times of 3 days extention.
I've been to thousands of showroom but this is the worst experience I've ever had in my life.
They're ready to give my pre booking money back but is this what you've been trained for? Faking customers and keeping them on hold?
What is the point of returning my money while wasting my time of 25 days?
I want to take immediate action on that manager, what an unprofessional management.
