I have purchased an samsung air conditioner from reliance digital crown interior faridabad and extended its warranty and now the ac is not working from last 2 weeks and i am continuesly calling to relaince customer care and they give me a complaint no. 23497686 and they always say we will send an engg. Within 24hrs but till date no one visited our place and i did'nt recieve any call from there side. I have also mailed many times but did not...

Very bad it been days still i dont have any update about my refund with out am reciving the product with out my concern it has been returned and they are making refund slow why do you want to play with peoples money? Worst service ever never buy anything form reliance...

I purchased a sony soundbar from the reliance digital store at ambience mall gurgaon thorough finance option by hdfc bank on 05 nov 19 on a down payment of rs 472.50 by credit card. Hdfc loan account number is 465246. There is a monthly instalment of rs 3166 that is being autodebited from my account since that date. It was promised that an amount of rs 3166 would be credited back to my account as a refund after the payment of the third instalment....

Please don't buy anything in Reliance digital. You cannot return the product even if it is damaged.
I bought a Dell laptop 2 months back for 32k, they have delivered me a used product. When I raised return product, they didn't even care about it and no response from them.
Still I'm unable to return it.
No response from them. I tried to call them many times, finally they said to go to near by dell shop which is not...

I really had a very bad experience regarding the customer care service of reliance digital.
I’ve placed an order of mobile phone on 1st of sept on pickup mode and very next day when i visited the store then the store person told me that they’ve permanently closed the jio store.

I have call your customer care many times and they give me a complaint no. 23497686 and after that i had called them 4-5 time every time they told me our engineer will call you and now it has been more than 4 days but i did'nt received any call from your side.

I recently purchased a godrej washing machine and during the time o[censored]npacking & installation by their own personal, it was discovered that the machine had dents. Unfortunately, reliance doesn't do any quality controls before shipment. However, giving them the benefit of doubt the technician and the operations team assured that machine would be replaced in 1-2 working days.

I have recently booked the One plus TV 43" in reliance digital ambattur branch on friday (04.09.2020).

I received the TV on the next day (05.09.2020) and installation was also completed.

Next, we started using the TV while connecting the Wifi initially working but after wifi is getting disconnected automatically.
