Hi Support Team,

This is about Vacum Cleaner, purchased on 27-OCT-2019. it worked one time, while using second time its stopped working. We complained on phone by calling FORBES customer care - they said "technitian would come and resolve this in 2 days". Then after I informed to same to my father about technitian visit and went back to work(other place). They didn't come.
During covid also I struck at work place and came back on June. Then on seeing this product i was so dissapointed as it was not working then only realized no body had come.

tried calling customer care, they said they are not resposible for reliance digital products.Being in home had done several calls to forbes customer care & Reliance Digital Customer care, didn't get proper response.Finally on July we took product to regital Digital and submitted. They said due to corona they are not opening continuously as like in before corona (I was convinced bit). they said "would call back about the status by next day, and if its minor issue - will be repaired in 2 days otherwise 10- 15 days require".

Next 10 Days i didn't get any follow-up on it.tried calling multiple times "No reponse". Again visited arount a month after, They didn't even open the product, after this visit they informed in next day there is some problem and they logged service request . they said ETA to completed this repair max 15 day's. Again "No Response".

Again after 2 months (On september), went to Reliance Digital and checked, they said in 4 - 7 days it will get repaired.Till today either "No call " or "No Repair" .

In another 10 Days it's going to complete its warranty also without using it.
I don't want this product now. Because I already dissapointed on Their service (another Worst experiance about LG AC, we purchased in one Date, They delivered in another Date and product installation happened after 1-12 Days after the product purchased. Some one called after the installation and taken date of installation also for the sake of 1 year Warranty - when I called for general service on 2 Days late from the Invoice date. they said can't be done. that's also not happend with the single call. lot of calls/emails, was so frustrated on purchasing the products from Reliance. Then after i just quit about LG AC. Same time only I took Vacum cleaner deposited at seller's premise. Both are purchase in same year in differet months- AC was on June-2019 and Vacume Cleaner was on OCT-2019).

Now I have waited enough time, I don't want this product.

Please help me here..

    I have purchased an online Asus GA0677 lap top on 15.08.2020 from Reliance Digital .I have received this laptop on 21/08/2020.when I start to use the laptop it seems some problem in its touch pad means there was some hardware issue. I informed about my problem on Reliance digital help line number. he said me to communicate with Asus Brand. I communicated regularly with Asus Brand and Reliance digital from 21/8/2020 to 14/9/2020. I also did 200-250 Emails and phone calls in Asus Brand and Reliance digital .After this long time I got a return request mail on 14/9/2020.
    From date 14/09/2020 I called and email around 100-150 times to Reliance Digital & Ecom express (courier partner) but till date my laptop pickup process has not been completed. its a very Long time time and also shows poor service of the company .I request you to kindly complete the pickup process and return my amount of Rs.17999 as early as possible.

      I have purchase segate hard disk 2TB but Recived product is very bed condition and not seal pack products and segate site show warranty is 1 years Acctual reliance show the online warranty is 3 years. Many old received hard disk and i try to more 50 time call Reliance digital customer care but all are aske waiting, waiting waiting but i am actually wait is 9 days.

        I purchased a Lenovo laptop through reliance store and I also bought an additional rescue plan for my laptop which supposedly promised better after-sales service for my product. I am facing some issues with my laptop and hence I tried contacting the store many times and they don't have the curtsey to even pick up the call. When I called the helpline number the person assisting me said they do not have the reliance service centre number with themselves. I was also given a contact number of one of the salespeople from reliance store when I purchased my device but when I called him he said he do not work there any more. so as of now, I am left without any assistance from reliance store, their customer calling number and their service centre too. worst after-sales experience of my life.

          I've ordered Reconnect AC( SafeStab VST400 D Stabilizer included ) from Reliance digital App
          Order date: 12th Aug 2020
          Delivery date: 17th Aug 2020
          The stabilizer worked for almost 2 weeks but after that, It doesn't start and the stabilizer is in warranty.
          Can you please look into the matter urgently?

              Hello,

              I ordered the mentioned product from the reliance digital online website via express delivery on 13th Oct and it was despatched to me within 1hr. The product was not compatible with my device and i wanted to return. Upon calling CS, i was asked to go to the store and return the product. I returned the product to the store in Kurukshetra the same day however no refund was processed. I was informed that they will contact authorities to understand the process of refund. They called me today and asked to raise a complaint on your website as they cannot process the refund. I expect you to refund the money to my original payment method as per your policies for express delivery orders mentioned on the website.                   Given my Iphone 7 black 32 GB on 12th Aug, piece was in warranty, 2 months and still haven’t got a new phone same model and colour and since most re than 2 months atleat 6 people from Reliance digital malad, reliance resQ and Amtrust have been giving false promises and buying time. Even delivery for a new handset for today was promised to me by Gaurav Waghmare & yet again it was a false promise.

                      I just wanted the people at large to be aware of the pitfalls of buying from Reliance Digital. I was promised a refund of 10% under the HDFC loan scheme which was due in April. When I contacted the company in September, they told me that the refund had already been made in the month of Apr 2020. I had to send a copy of my bank statement to prove to them that there was indeed no refund. After a few days they said that the refund has been made a couple of days back.

                      The point I want to drive home is - THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU UNLESS YOU ASK THEM FOR IT. AND IT MAY NOT COME THROUGH EASILY.

                          After buying LG LED TV for 75, 000, i felt very dissappinted with 2 things. They said i will get cashback only after 90 days. not instant cash back.May be a trick to sell it..
                          Very rude cahier, he seems to be busy using his mobil and not explaining about the extra amount deducted on EMI.

                          Total cost of TV i Paid in CC = 65, 560 + 7, 650 = 73, 210.

                          Only 65, 560 got credited back and converted into EMI.

                          1st Month EMI Bill = 10651 + 138 + 765 = 11, 554.

                          Total 6 months EMI = 11, 554 * 6 = 69, 324.

                          After 6 months total amount I have paid for TV = 69, 324 + 7, 650 = 76, 974

                          How much cash back money I will get (10% of WHAT) afetr 90 days ???

                          I was told at the end of 6 months, my TV cost would come around 66, 000.

                          NOte : I said i dont need any extra wrranty to irfan.

                              I purchased iPhone XR on 28th oct 2019 and i was told that you you are getting discount of 5000 on your HDFC card and 2000 from the store as there was some offer available frok relaince that time ... and cash back of 7000 will be posted in you account within 120 days ... as it’s going to be 1 year in this month I haven’t recieved any cashback yet ... I already mailed all my problem to reliance digital customer care from past 4-5 months and they keep on saying that your cashback is posted in your account on 30th January but there’s no transaction of 7000 n I haven’t received yet because I spoke to HDFC bank and they replied that reliance digital has not posted any cashback in you account ... and even after complaining there’s no solution for me from reliance digital ... I want my problem to be solved within 2 days as I can’t wait longer than this

                                I had opted for Blue Star Split AC 4 yrb RCP Plan with PRODUCT SERIAL NO.: 564360, on 06/05/2018 hence effective from 06/05/2019, 1st year after company warranty.

                                1) My biggest issue is Toll free number of ResQ[protected] which is always busy and not effective in lodging my complaint.

                                2) Second when i plead to Sales team at Ahmedabad Panchvati branch, they help me in regstring complaint and than they further lodge ticket in blue star!! apparently ahmedabad ResQ team is not authorized for servicing and maintaining Blue star ACs. When i receive notification from Blue Star (Shared unresolved series of tickets being raised since Jun and it hadent been resolved Water leaking Problem).

                                3) Service Team of ResQ at Ahmedabad (mr. parthik, mr. sahil) does not help in collaborating with blue star team as they delibratly delay in responding to myself and bluestar team leading to cancellation of ticket.

                                4) another biggest issue is ResQ and Bluestar seems have big communication gap in this ResQ type support where Blue star asks me for payment and ResQ team ahmedabad dont give a damn about this issue and telling me to pay and request for refund. and that too with billing details as per their expectation of details. where bluestar doesnot support in this as well.

                                5) please justify that why i should be the one begging to ResQ customer support, service team and irrevelently Bluestar here where i had paid 10000 + INR for the 4 yeard of service on 365 days promise which is a big joke hence Bluestar dont provide the same on sunday and holidays.

                                i want my money back as ResQ has not a singe time resolved my issue and provided me any single complete service for the AC and i am forced to waste my time in coordinating with all these different agencies harresing me and my family in the process.

                                  I ordered a fridge from Reliance Digital, z square mall, Kanpur and the 1st time it got delivered it was damaged. We got to know about it when the technician came. The technician clicked photos and raised a request. We then waited for another day and then another product came, which again was found damaged.
                                  So how many days do I have to wait to get a proper product. It is not just this, I need to follow up with the team on my own for the status. After all this work there is no proper help from the store managers. If I had to rely on the company, I would rather buy it online. Even my refund and return process gets simplified. Why go to such extent of going to store and doing all the procedure manually.

                                    I have been a consistent customer of reliance digital for a while and mostly I had great experience with the outlet. But recently I purchased a hp laptop from the store which was billed to me at 58999 but the mrp on the product was 58477 . After I saw government rules it was written there that no one can sell a product above mrp price. It is disappointing but I still think reliance digital is good place to shop. So plz help me with this situation.
                                    And plz dnt suggest me to consult with the outlet coz I have already done that and they have refused to take any responsibility

                                      I boughta microwave in november 2019. They offer me a 10 % cash back for hdfcbank card. Till date i donot get a cashback. I have called them trice. They commit me they will give cash back. I even submit my bank statement last month since they ask for. Shame on their part
