I had opted for Blue Star Split AC 4 yrb RCP Plan with PRODUCT SERIAL NO.: 564360, on 06/05/2018 hence effective from 06/05/2019, 1st year after company warranty.

1) My biggest issue is Toll free number of ResQ[protected] which is always busy and not effective in lodging my complaint.
2) Second when i plead to Sales team at Ahmedabad Panchvati branch, they help me in regstring complaint and than they further lodge ticket in blue star!! apparently ahmedabad ResQ team is not authorized for servicing and maintaining Blue star ACs. When i receive notification from Blue Star (Shared unresolved series of tickets being raised since Jun and it hadent been resolved Water leaking Problem).
3) Service Team of ResQ at Ahmedabad (mr. parthik, mr. sahil) does not help in collaborating with blue star team as they delibratly delay in responding to myself and bluestar team leading to cancellation of ticket.
4) another biggest issue is ResQ and Bluestar seems have big communication gap in this ResQ type support where Blue star asks me for payment and ResQ team ahmedabad dont give a damn about this issue and telling me to pay and request for refund. and that too with billing details as per their expectation of details. where bluestar doesnot support in this as well.
5) please justify that why i should be the one begging to ResQ customer support, service team and irrevelently Bluestar here where i had paid 10000 + INR for the 4 yeard of service on 365 days promise which is a big joke hence Bluestar dont provide the same on sunday and holidays.
i want my money back as ResQ has not a singe time resolved my issue and provided me any single complete service for the AC and i am forced to waste my time in coordinating with all these different agencies harresing me and my family in the process.
