Address: Reliance digital at Kakatiya University road. Warangal 506004

We have made an order on Monday at Reliance digital which is at warangal store near Kakatiya University junction. The order is related to LG Tv .so we have received an SMS saying that the product has received but the product has not delivered and when we call the store people talking in angry .they can't even say sorry and they haven't delivered the product in time .I thought till 26. Oct product will receive but they haven't delivered it and I really felt so bad that u guys are treating customer like this. I have posted in Facebook .taging Anil Ambani. twitter.instagtram and all social networking websites.your services sucks..from.now I will never shop in reliance

    i ordered Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Crystal nxt RO + UV + MTDS with active copper and Zero pressure pump from relaince digitalonline,

    the product received is defective and installation is done by unauthorized people

    and Reliance manager arvind updated in portal as customer self installation which is not true and

    I already raised compliant on this issue multiple times,

    still no update on the refund my money, the product not blocked..

    pls resolve the issue and refund the amount it is nearly 80 days

      This is regarding the order(Samsung S7 tablet) I placed on Reliance digital on the 3rd of September. It supposes to be delivered within 3/4 days but first, they delayed it for a month(30th September) and then canceled it without providing any justification.

      I received mail from Reliance digital on 4th October 2020 regarding the initiation of a refund but till now I haven't received a refund. I have already raised it several times with 'Reliance digital' without any success. Customer service keeps giving false promises.

      I have already contacted them via phone[protected], email(cshead.[protected]@ril.com, and BM.[protected]@ril.com) as well as Twitter handle without any success. They basically keeping money from the last couple of months.

      [29-OCT-2020] no action yet from Reliance Digital side. For the last couple of months, they are keeping my money.
      There should be some law to teach a lesson to this type of business entity.

        I had ordered an iphone from reliance digital vide order no RDF06419451 and the order was cancellled on 23/9/2020 .one month have passed and they still have not refunded my amount of rs 53000 . I have repeatedly called customer care and emailed them but it is of no use they are not hepling at all .pls help me

          Fail to care

          Hi, I've pre-booked Apple iPad 8 gen on October 1st.
          The promised to deliver on October 7th where as imagine store said it'll take 10 days for them. Hence the waiting period is low I preferred Reliance digital, it's been almost a month and the manager is the worst of all. He asked me like 4 to 5 times of 3 days extention.
          I've been to thousands of showroom but this is the worst experience I've ever had in my life.

          Booked on reliance digital online platform - paid full from debit card - got confirmation SMS - later after 48 hours order found camcelled due to product out of stock!
          Not yet got back my money in my account!!!
          This is not accepted as customer's money is blocked for considerrable period and customers lost opportunity to buy the product during festival time when all other platforms were also offering competitive price to buy same priduct

          Need immediate refund / Compensation for late refund

            i have purchase oneplus 8t from reliance store avani mall kolkata in finance (hdfc) but without my knowing they added bodyguard antivirus in my purchase of rs 599 and when i told regarding this they denied to remove it as the employee is saying that it is free but as per my knowledge they club that 599 charges with my down payment kindly look into this matter because of this type of stunt is not professional

              I purchased an Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite from Reliance Digital outlet Marathalli Bangalore. This product is not compatible with my tv. I visited twice to store. They are not accepting return telling that this box is opened. They are telling me to get DOA letter from Amazon and Amazon is telling to contact Reliance Digital outlet to return product. Neither Amazon is helping nor Reliance Digital is helping. I have been cheated from Reliance Digital. I think they don't intension to help customers. Please help and send my complain to both parties.

                Need Invoice of mobile purchased in store

                Hi. I purchased two Samsung Galaxy S8Plus from your store in Marathahalli, Bangalore in May 2017. The thermal printed bills are erased and nothing is visible on them.
                I have contacted customer care but they have asked me to go to "My orders" section in the website but I haven't placed any orders on the website.
                Can you please provide me a duplicate bill or invoice?...

                I purchased LED TV worth Rs. 219240 but I have been charged additional 4600 rupees while swiping the card. Upon questioning on the same the store manager is not able to give clarification on the additional charges and he is denying to co-ordinate with finance (HDFC) team. All EMIs are over except one and I have asked for the clarification of same but I was asked to give the HDFC charge slip which is swiped a year back and the same is wiped out not presentable. The charge slip and invoice copy was sent to store sales people, store manager multiple times but they never came back with proper justification and the manager has not even looked into the details sent . I was not expecting the irresponsible behaviour of store manager or sales team there. I am expecting the additional charges of Rs 4600 /- to be returned as I bought the tv in 1 yr interest free EMI scheme.

                  Dear Team,

                  My registered mobile no [protected].

                  I placed an order for a Canon printer from reliance digital website on 20th Oct 2020 at approx 11AM. Beacuse of ni toner cartradge with printer I cancelled through telephonic customer care at approx 11:30AM same day.
                  Later on evening I found the status changed to shipped. I againn called they informed me to be rest assured It is cancelled and I will get the refund as per schedule.
                  But it is being delivered to me on 22-Oct-2020. While the delivery boy called me for the location from company number. I informed him that my product is cancelled and I will not accept delivery. He visited my place forced me infornt of my relatives to accept or will loose my money. At the same time I called reliance digital customer care for the force from delivery boy but executive put my call on hold and then disconnected.
                  Because I was afraid of loosing my money and product both I accepted the delivery. Because found reliance digital customer service is not at all supportive even after repeted calls they delivered the product.
                  Now after receiving again I called and also wrote for cancellation or return of product due to couple of reasons:
                  1) Even after cancelled well on time they shipped the product.
                  2) This is not a color printer and in the description mentioned as color printout at 5PPM.

                  Nothing materialized from any of team either telephonically, email, social media or grievance team.

                  Please suggest where should a Customer go when finds pathetic customer service.

                  Please help is resolution

                    I purchased refrigerator in reliance digital at nacharam, Hyderabad . Those i have received that was damaged product and I have gave back and put complaint about my product, they replaced another new product but that was also damaged product. I'm seriously irritated with that product and not satisfied for that, finally I decided to return back the product. Please give back my amount.

                      I booked microwave from reliance digital, gorbunder thane. 18 oct 2020 i booked the product, today its 22 oct 2020 still i didn't get the product, i call in store more than 50 call but they didn't pickup the call, no one is giving proper reason what happened, they told me withn 48hrs its delivered to your home, Today its more than 4 days but no response from reliance digital, so i visited the store again they take more than 2 hrs talking to there executive still there is no answer what happen, where is my product.worst service of reliance digital. This is my last purchase from reliance digital.

                        I purchased a Lenevo thinkpad from Reliance digital online site. when the package was delivered at home, They delivered a Boat power bank, On telling the delivery boy that this is not what we have asked for, He mentioned this is what was handled to him.

                        Moreover, the invoice said Lenevo thinkpad, but item.delivered was a power bank. I have tried contacting the reliance digital by every mode i can..mail, call, mesages. I have not recieved any response from them. Its already more than **hours. They only send a automated reply.

                          I order one plus 8 on 14 sep they refunded itself and now since 40 days they can't give refund or not givem any suitable solution just say 48 hrs more 72 hrs more @reliance digital you just fool your customer

                            Dear Sir, I am Ashish M. Shahare, From Gondia Maharashtra with my Mobile no. [protected]. I order Two Reconnect Collar Buddy Bluetooth Earphone on 2nd Octomber 2020. It delivered on 4th October. On 5th October I raised one of my product is losing connectivity and request to exchange. as per customer care suggestions I went to reliance store and technician confirm defected, same I and technician informed to you so many times to return. After 2 days of that same issue is with second product also, I repeat the same procedure. But still I didn't receive any confirmation and follow up from your side. Everyday I call and inform you but still there is no development and it already 20 days is passed. So, I request you to please Return my Money and collect you defected product when you wish and convenience. This is the worst experience I ever felt with Reliance digital, earlier I purchase so many product from store. Please Do development as early as possible.

                              I ordered a smartphone for Rs. 28000, payment was successful from my credit card, but the order got cancelled immediately from the system itself.

                              When I called the customer care they told refund will be given in 7 to 10 working days, but when I asked why you cancelled the order, they said Store cancelled it, as it was pick up from store. They didnt give me any kind of reason that why store cancelled my order.

                              So what is this? I give money to the vendor, and they cancel the order and say on my face, sorry I will keep the money for 10 days, you go home now?

                              I have to travel from Faridabad to Delhi to take this order, and they cancelled it by themselves after getting the payment, they are not picking any phone call of their store.

                              Their store address is Jio Store, Ground Floor 1E, Kamla Nagar.

                              This is totally unfair treatment to the customer, I want the money back immediately, as I didnt cancel my order, they cancelled it.

                              This is being taken very casually, this is a serious matter, if the company can cancel my order on their will, they should not have charged me a hefty amount firstly, and if they charged it, they should return it immediately. This is just because of some goons sitting at the store and cancelling online orders.

                                    Hi Support Team,

                                    This is about Vacum Cleaner, purchased on 27-OCT-2019. it worked one time, while using second time its stopped working. We complained on phone by calling FORBES customer care - they said "technitian would come and resolve this in 2 days". Then after I informed to same to my father about technitian visit and went back to work(other place). They didn't come.
                                    During covid also I struck at work place and came back on June. Then on seeing this product i was so dissapointed as it was not working then only realized no body had come.

                                    tried calling customer care, they said they are not resposible for reliance digital products.Being in home had done several calls to forbes customer care & Reliance Digital Customer care, didn't get proper response.Finally on July we took product to regital Digital and submitted. They said due to corona they are not opening continuously as like in before corona (I was convinced bit). they said "would call back about the status by next day, and if its minor issue - will be repaired in 2 days otherwise 10- 15 days require".

                                    Next 10 Days i didn't get any follow-up on it.tried calling multiple times "No reponse". Again visited arount a month after, They didn't even open the product, after this visit they informed in next day there is some problem and they logged service request . they said ETA to completed this repair max 15 day's. Again "No Response".

                                    Again after 2 months (On september), went to Reliance Digital and checked, they said in 4 - 7 days it will get repaired.Till today either "No call " or "No Repair" .

                                    In another 10 Days it's going to complete its warranty also without using it.
                                    I don't want this product now. Because I already dissapointed on Their service (another Worst experiance about LG AC, we purchased in one Date, They delivered in another Date and product installation happened after 1-12 Days after the product purchased. Some one called after the installation and taken date of installation also for the sake of 1 year Warranty - when I called for general service on 2 Days late from the Invoice date. they said can't be done. that's also not happend with the single call. lot of calls/emails, was so frustrated on purchasing the products from Reliance. Then after i just quit about LG AC. Same time only I took Vacum cleaner deposited at seller's premise. Both are purchase in same year in differet months- AC was on June-2019 and Vacume Cleaner was on OCT-2019).

                                    Now I have waited enough time, I don't want this product.

                                    Please help me here..
