Reliance Digital — False commitment made

Hi, I am vipin sharma and I stay in najafgarh yesterday I went to purchase a refrigerator at Janak puri reliance digital store they committed me an exchange offer on old fridge of Rs5000 and I clearly stated them it' burnt and it's not turning, initially they gave me the price of Rs 34500 however after negotiating the final deal was settled at Rs 33500 but when the delivery boy came and he refused to take the old fridge and said since it's burnt therefore I have to pay Rs 5000 extra then only I would be getting my new refrigerator, and when I called the store they denied their promise and said I will only be getting if I pay the amount . I was completely shocked that wasted my money time and my travel expense.
