I brought water purifier from Reliance digital store in pheonix mall. It has been 2 weeks and no one came to install. They keep giving me run around and when i call customer service, i get standard answer that someone will call in an hour. I also keep hearing that technician called but i didnt pick up phone. They are bunch of crooks.

    I purchased Samsung LED TV (Model No. UA39EH5003R 39 inch (99 cm)) on 13 Feb 2014 from Bhopal Reliance Digital Store (paying full money using my SBI debit card) it was told that the same will be delivered by 18 Feb as currently it is not available in Bhopal.

    They keep me informing that it shall be delivered within 1-2 days every time I call them but there is no clarity.

    TV is still not delivered.

    You are request you to look after the matter and deliver the TV as soon as possible, so as in order to avoid any inconvenience caused to consumer.

      I bought a Sony Xperia C5502 on 15 Feb., 2014 at 8:00 PM from Reliance Digital, Brookfield, Coimbatore. The phone stopped working at 9:00 PM, since the store was not open in the night, I handed over the set to Reliance stores at 11:00 AM on 16 Feb., 2014. The concerned took all the papers, box, accessories & phone & promised to repair & hand it over on 17 Feb., 2014. The whole day I have been tracking & there is no answer yet from the Reliance team. Above all the concerned staff is busy arguing to prove their point that it's my fault. Yes, it's my fault, why did I purchase it from Reliance stores ? The road side vendor would have given a better service than a corporate house like Reliance. 1. Why should I accept a repair product within hours of breakdown? 2. Why did I invest thousand of Rupees, if I have to wait to get my mobile ? Are we in a primitaive age ? 3. How are such rude Managers (e.g. a lady Manager) appointed as cutomer service executives ? I wan't a replacement or my money back by today (17 Feb., 2014).

        I have purchased Acer laptop and HP mouse costing Rs. 35169.21 on 25/01/14. During purchase it was informed that i will get 16% gift vouchers costing (Rs. 5627) without any terms and conditions except that i have to redeem GV between 1/02/14 to 28/02/14. Salesman ID was[protected]. On sSunday 10th Feb 2014, when i visited the digital store, i came to know that for redemption of gift vouchers i have to purchase it 3 times of cost of gift voucher then and then only i will be able to redeem those points. This conditions were not explained to me during the purchase. As per communication from service center executive present at that time these conditions were not mentioned on the on the bill. These conditions to be communicated orally. It seems that the sales parson was not representing facts resulting in misleading and cheating of customer.           I Brght a 40 inch LED TV ( Worth 65000, Cash payment) from Reliance Digital Attapur on Dec 21 2013. The executives promised me the delivery of the good on 22nd ( after the payment) saying that, they dont have stock of the product.But to sadly, it was delivered to me on 31st Dec 2013 only after i have been calling them, fighting with them
          day after day.

          They have even promised me a Skype cam, as a add on for the good. But i did not receive the good till now ...Can any help me how to lodge a compliant in consumer court.

            Defective TVs across batch I bought 2 REconnect TVs 32 and 42 inches from Reliance Digital. My neighbours and relatives 3 more after my purchase. All TVs have defects like not playing media formats though manual says they are possible and HDMI issues. I have been following up for last 1 year but not with much success. I am planning to file consumer forum complaint and also with companies watchdog for unfair practices. Latest mail I sent to Reliance Digital below. Dear All, I was informed by Mandhar that the option is to replace 1 REconnect TV with another REconnect TV. For the 2nd one, it would be repair. I am not sure if for both, a fresh warranty would be provided given the headaches I have gone through? Also unsure which one of the TVs would qualify for replacement and repair as there are 2 models - 32 and 42 inches? In any case, I am not in favour of the above option and I had already communicated this to Ramesh y'day and today also. Also, not sure if above option is that provided basis Ramesh's inputs of if Ramesh is still working on it since he told me he would get back by EOD today? To be clear, this are the options I put forth for the several REconnect TVs that had a clear batch problem and were below standards on what was advertised and paid for by the customer! Ideally, these are expected to be recalled and a full refund provided to self. Option 1: Refund the amount for both 32 and 42 inches Reconnect TVs. This will allow me to drop any proposed consumer forum complaints from my end not only for said TVs but also for the balance 3 which I have not yet brought forth and which were purchased by relatives and neighbours post my purchase. If this option is followed, there won't be any reason for me to seek damages also both from Consumer Forum and Companies watchdog. Option 2: This is definitely not a preferred option. Refund for 1 Reconnect TV and replace a brand new TV for the other with a fresh warranty. Do get back to me categorically on email As Soon As Possible since this matter has pending for a very very long time. Your quick revert would help me to decide finally in this matter whether I need to pursue legal channels. Believe me, this is not beneficial to any one o[censored]s! Raj M: [protected]

              I have Big TV DTH since 2011, recently set top box stopped working.

              Service request no[protected], request submitted on 27-Nov-2013.

              When I contacted service centre they are replacing current faulty set top box with old repaired set top box for Rs. 500.

              When I am paying Rs. 500, which is price of new set top box then why I am getting old repaired set top box????

              Person at service centre said that this is company policy to provide old repaired set top box for Rs. 500.

              Now think yourself is Big TV is an honest company which take price of new set top box but provide old repaired set top box??

              I lost almost Rs.100 as DTH my account have Rs.100 balance left.

              But to save Rs.500 I bear this loss and leave Big TV dth.

              Now I am looking for other DTH provider with honest business practices.

              My genuine request to all future buyers of BIG TV, STAY AWAY FROM BIG TV or get ready for cheated.

                Last year we purchased LG LED from reliance digital with an extended warranty. Within a year, theirs a fault in the tv screen. They told will issue a refund but its been 3 months now no resolution provided. Please do not purchase from this store from onwards. Customer service is also pathetic.

                  I have purchased Karbonn S1 Titanium Black mobile from Secunderabad (Hyderabad), Andhra Pradesh. Reliance Digital on 6th November 2013 at 13:17:35. . I was charged Rs 8299/-. It is very unfortunate that a company like Reliance Digital is cheating customers and charging excess amount. Please refund the excess money charged. I have emailed my complaint to reliance digital twice o 6-11-13 and 7-11-13. There is a standard automatic reply as follows Dear Customer, Thank you for your patronage. We acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. You should hear from our representative soon with a relevant response, and suitable resolution to your problem. Best Regards, Customer Support Team Reliance resQ. That is the end of their communication. They never get back or solve the issue even after 20 days. They want to get richer by cheating customers.

                    Myself Dipti Ukey, I purchased LED Smart Vieira 47’’ TV from Reliance Digital, Amanora, Hadapsar, Pune on 08 November at 2.00 p.m. and at that time we have taken commitment from the executive Vikram that we will get delivery on 09 November and Installation on 10 November as weekend we can invest time for these things. Vikram assured me that mam, I will arrange installation on Sunday anyhow ..don’t worry. On Saturday, I chased these people for Delivery and at last at 9.30 p.m., I got the TV. delivered at my place. On Sunday, I called Mrs Sapna from the Store around 12 p.m.to assign the Engineer and she gave me the contact details of the Engineer. When he came for installation, He unpack everything and found that, there is no Wall Mount Unit, again I called the store, they sent me the Wall Mount Unit . The engineer was in so hurry that he has to attend so many calls and go back to his home, he told me that this is not correct unit and he will discuss this issue with his senior and he will come again in some time for installation at around 2.30 p.m. After that I was continuously calling Vikram, Vivek and the engineer till 8.00 p.m. Engineer: Switched off his mobile. Vikram: mam, I cant do anything, it will be done on Monday Vivek: mam, I will take all the information and I will call you(He had not called me uptill now) This was the long summary of the attitude and behavior of the Reliance Digital Sales, Engineers and Customer Service Executive. How they take their job and customers seriously. Actually my pain was that we (me & my husband are working., he goes to Hinjewadi(30 Kms) and I was having very tight schedule this week so at the time of Purchased, I have cleared all these things to Sales Executive(Vikram) that I want to do installation on Sunday Only. He accepted this and Committed the same. At Last On Sunday night, I called my carpenter and installed the TV. I am totally disappointed my all this and I will never go to Reliance neither recommend anyone. Thanks for your great Support and Cooperation !!!

                      I purchased a Reconnect Mobile around 6months back. It has 2years of warranty. Recently, My phone stopped working. I approached Reliance Digital in Kukatpally branch of Hyd, A.P. They promised me a replacement within 4days. Its been 15days, still I did not get any response. When I called store, they said - "We have sent a mail for approval, we cannot do anything except waiting for approval". They are saying the same thing for last 10days. I don't know what they want to do. I want my money back. And, now they are saying - "that mobile is not available" and giving me some lower version of mobile which does not have the same features as on my old mobile. I asked for refund. So that, I can buy any other mobile which I like.

                        I have had the worst experience of dealing with Reliance Digital situated in Ambiance Mall in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The customer care people at this store are a bunch of crooks who lure you into buying things you don't need and promise you merchandise that you will never see. I bought a LG 6.2 kg washing machine (Sales Order No. :[protected] and was literally bullied into buying warranty along with it. When I refused to take their warranty the sales guy brought in his manager who told us if we don't get the warranty we will have to pay the MRP on the machine. Later when I called them with a service issue with the product I was told someone would call me back. This was 4 months back, I called them twice after this and no one has ever contacted me. When I bought the machine, I was told there is a washing powder worth around a Rs 1000 free with it. After we had completed the financial responsibilities pertaining to it, the manager informed us they had run out of the washing powder and would call us within a week asking to come pick it up. No one ever called then, or since then. Me and my sons have visited their store numerous times asking if we're ever going to see the washing detergent. During our most latest visit 3 months ago we were told that someone from their store would call us in 2 weeks and not a day more, subsequently get the washing powder delivered to us. Not surprisingly they haven't. It is quiet sad that after all the business these people have gotten from our household, we have been cheated in such a way. I am making a formal complain and file a case against these cheaters. I have had enough with this.

                          I am frustrated by the way the Reliance Digital has done with me, I purchased a LED TV from RD Kalyan Showroom Mumbai on 20th OCT. I was promised that they would pick up my OLD LCD TV(even if it is not working) refund me 5K to 8K. I had been following up from 20th Oct but people in reliance digital are just fooling me and giving me fake promises of picking up my old TV. And above all this, people are switching off the phone when I call them and sometimes don't pick the phone. I am sharing the names of the following people because of whom I am frustrated( SalesMan ID[protected]. I have lost my faith in Reliance Digital Service.                             DEAR SIR MY NAME IS SAROJ KUMAR, I HAVE PURCHASED A AQUA SURE WATER PURIFIER FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL BHUBANESWAR STORE ON 5TH OCTOBER 2013 AND THEY CAME TO INSTALL IT AFTER 5 DAYS AND THEIR ENGINEER SAID THAT THE PURIFIER IS FAULTY AND I SHOULD COMPLAIN FOR A NEW ONE SO I REGISTERED A COMPLAIN. WHILE CONTACTING THEIR SERVICE CENTRE THEY ARE TELLING THAT WE HAVE THE MACHINE TO REPLACE BUT AS THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THEIR HIGHER SIDE SO THEY CANNOT CHANGE THE NEW ONE.                               we have been purchased new tv in anna nagar branch chennai on 13/10/2013.and they assured to delivery and install on the same day, but they deliverd on the same day ofter 9 pm, and did not install till the time.if they are said not possible on the same day, we could choose another store. i realy disappointed theire assured words.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought very expensive Hitachi refrigerator from Reliance Digital from their Thane Ghodbunder Road Branch recently but after one month suddenly the cooling of refrigerator has stopped and all kept things are not in condition for eating. I have logged complaint ([protected]) against the issue and they said that will send our technician for fixed the issue. Second day there is no response from their end and again called them to check the status but they said, the technician will visit in few hours. But no one visited. Third day Technician called me and asking the issue and address to reach and committed that he will visit by time but not come. Fourth day I tried to reach technician on his cell phone but unanswered and whole day I tried but no response. Fifth day I called reliance and told that I am not happy with this type of support and you are harassing me. They said, sir we apologized and sure the technician will visit to your home anyhow. But no response. Sixth day I again called technician and this time he picked the call by chance and said that he will be there at 02:00 PM. At 02:30 PM again called technician and he said that, am on the way and reach your home in half an hour but till 06:00 PM no response. At 07:00 PM again I tried to reach him but unanswered my call. Same day again I called his colleague's number and asked for Manager's number so I can complaint against the technician but he apologized and said, sir please give me some time I can talk to him and arrange for you. Same day at 09:30 PM technician called me and asking my address and finally came at home after 10:00 PM and after checking he said the GAS of refrigerator has been finished. I asked him that how the GAS has been removed as this is new refrigerator and he said we don't know sir. I asked him to replace the refrigerator but he said that not possible to replace the same and will fixed this by refilling GAS and told that tomorrow other technician will come here to refill your refrigerator GAS. Seventh day I called technician and he said that I have given all the details to Vashi service center and by evening technician will visit to your home and hangup. I called service center's Manager (Mr. Manoj) on his cellphone number ([protected]) and explained but he said the technician will visit tomorrow. I asked him to replace the refrigerator but he said will repair but we cannot replace your refrigerator. I told him that I purchased this expensive refrigerator from you and after one moth you people doing repair and what If anything goes wrong after warranty and he replied that this is electronic appliance we cannot assured for that. Disgusting answer from him. Team, please please and please help me to replace this refrigerator anyhow because they sold their product and now there is no proper support, response or surety and raising their hands. One thing I learned from this to not to buy any products from Reliance Digital because of their BAKWAAS service. Regards, M.R.

                                  NAME IS RELIANCE BUT LEAST RELIABLE BRAND IN THE COUNTRY---terrible horrible customer care services at Reliance Digital in Bangalore Saharkara nagar. The staff is ill informed about the company policy and don't know any procedures. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I recently purchased a HTC Desire U phone from them and it went dead within a week. After taking it to them and obviously asking for sore credit no one is coming forth with the procedure. The staff is telling me to call HTC and HTC is telling me to call Reliance digital. Even though they took my phone to the service center they themselves do not know exactly what is wrong with the device! After threatening to complain about they service they said "go ahead and complain". How can Reliance employ such people--- they are degrading the name of the company. My advice never buy anything from Reliance Digital, if they don't sell you faulty goods then they will never provide quality customer services.

                                    Hi, I have bought a Samsung fridge from Reliance digital (Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road) on 8th September 2013. I also got a 2000 Rs. off offer on that product. The store confirmed the delivered date to be 14th September but till now the store has not delivered it. As per them they do not have any confirmation on the product from their factory. I have booked the fridge for my new house and not able to shift their because of this delay. I got a call today, 20th September from the store saying that they will provide us another fridge as an alternative. After going to the store I came to know that they will not provide me that 2000 Rs. off offer and I also have to pay the extra amount if any. If I cancel the order, according to them it will take 15 days. So finally they said the delivery is not possible before 24th September and that is also not confirmed. Please help me with this.                                     After waiting for 10 days, today (23rd September, 2013) I went to the Reliance digital store to get an alternative fridge because according to them, the ordered fridge cannot be delivered before 3rd October, 2013. So I told the respective person in the store to show me some alternative fridge keeping in mind that I won't be paying anything extra. The previous fridge that I ordered was worth Rs. 22, 000. There was Rs.2000 off and 1 extra container box was also available with that. They showed me only one model( worth Rs.22, 000) having a single color available and I didn't like it at all. I told them that I'm ready to take the model but I want a different color, which again they could not provide. All other models were higher than this range and they said only a discount of Rs.2000 can be given and the rest of the excess amount we have to bear. I had a lot of discussion with them and tried to make them understand that I am the one who is suffering for their improper service and now I'm being asked to compromise with the fridge they are providing as alternative. But all was in vain, they said there's nothing more they can do, so naturally I had to cancel my order. And the funny thing is, for getting the down payment back, I have to visit their store again after 7-8 days.
                                    So, the kind of service I got from Reliance digital is wastage of time, money (every time I went there I had to spend around 100 bucks and today was the third time), a lot of harassment and ultimately no product. With this experience of mine, I will never go for Reliance digital again and also advice my known ones not to do the same mistake.
                                    I also want to remind that I did not get any calls from your concerned representative. So I can understand the kind of service you provide.
                                    On 29th Sep I received a call regarding issue. The person asked me whether the fridge is delivered. I told her the story written above.
                                    Till now no action taken.
                                    I canceled my order on 23rd Sep. The store told me that I'll get back my money within 7-8 days and also told me that they will call me.
                                    Today is the 11th day and as expected from Reliance Digital's 3rd grade service I did not receive any call till now. I am sure that I have to call them again to get my money back.
                                    As I thought I had to call the store on 5th October. They called me back in the evening and told me that my refund would still take 2-3 days to complete. So it is very clear that this store can’t keep up any promise they make. Today is the 14th day and still I am waiting to get my money back.

                                    I more important point is that the floor manager of Reliance Digital told me that she send one email to Bajaj Finance in order to cancel my loan amount as I canceled the order. I don’t think that she did any kind of follow up in this as she could not tell me anything properly about it.
                                    So I logged into Bajaj Finance’s account and checked that my account was still active. I had to send them a mail on my own to inform about this issue.

As I called up to check the status, I got to know that it went to the service station and again came back to the Reliance store in non-working condition. It has been delaying since long time.
