Myself Dipti Ukey, I purchased LED Smart Vieira 47’’ TV from Reliance Digital, Amanora, Hadapsar, Pune on 08 November at 2.00 p.m. and at that time we have taken commitment from the executive Vikram that we will get delivery on 09 November and Installation on 10 November as weekend we can invest time for these things.
Vikram assured me that mam, I will arrange installation on Sunday anyhow ..don’t worry.
On Saturday, I chased these people for Delivery and at last at 9.30 p.m., I got the TV. delivered at my place.
On Sunday, I called Mrs Sapna from the Store around 12 p.m.to assign the Engineer and she gave me the contact details of the Engineer. When he came for installation, He unpack everything and found that, there is no Wall Mount Unit, again I called the store, they sent me the Wall Mount Unit .
The engineer was in so hurry that he has to attend so many calls and go back to his home, he told me that this is not correct unit and he will discuss this issue with his senior and he will come again in some time for installation at around 2.30 p.m.
After that I was continuously calling Vikram, Vivek and the engineer till 8.00 p.m.
Engineer: Switched off his mobile.
Vikram: mam, I cant do anything, it will be done on Monday
Vivek: mam, I will take all the information and I will call you(He had not called me uptill now)
This was the long summary of the attitude and behavior of the Reliance Digital Sales, Engineers and Customer Service Executive. How they take their job and customers seriously. Actually my pain was that we (me & my husband are working., he goes to Hinjewadi(30 Kms) and I was having very tight schedule this week so at the time of Purchased, I have cleared all these things to Sales Executive(Vikram) that I want to do installation on Sunday Only. He accepted this and Committed the same.
At Last On Sunday night, I called my carpenter and installed the TV.
I am totally disappointed my all this and I will never go to Reliance neither recommend anyone.
