[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Faulty LED received | |||||
My complaint request no is [protected], i was purchased on dated 17/07/2016 and Led installed on dated 18/07/2016 within 7 days im facing Led back-light display spread issue and i got replacement of same brand and model rather i insist them to give me other brand but as per them that time they haven't other brand in stock of same price. Later on i got same issue with replaced LED and now i want replacement as brand is not even a month older, they are ready to repair a faulty part but i have paid for new so i dont want faulty part replacement.
