Reliance Digital — fraud by reliance digital dth

I pre booked my dth on 13th of march for there Holi Dhamaka offer paying Rs 499/- in advance, where I was promised a connection in between 30-45 days. but already more than 4 mnths passed no connection or notification about connection received, then i mailed to their nodal officer regarding the complain, but no reply from their end, then I mailed for refund along with 3 reminder mails but still no reply received. Arrogant attitude is the key feature of the customer care personnel. I am not the only one who has been frauded many others are facing the same problem. Dont know what to do but for sure its a big fraud from there End.
