[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Function utter failure for 3rd time after service | |||
To whom so ever it may concern: I have purchased reconnect electric rice cooker on 14/02/2014 around 5.40pm at reliance digital store-Chromepet. Fault been noticed on 3rd day from date of purchase and reported to authorized service center on the same day.From then the same problem arised for three times and reported the same. Problem Noted: First time- Power supply not taken by the instrument Second time- Severe Shock from the instrument Third time-coil burnt. Very Very poor service from the service engineer's. so pls depute experienced service engineer's to rectify the fault or otherwise a replacement has to be made with new one.. an immediate action is required. for further information contact: Mail ID:[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
