[Resolved] Reliance Digital — gas leaked from new ac installed on 26th march, 2018 | |||||
This is with reference to complaint no. [protected]. I had purchased carrier ac from reliance digital store, malad west, mumbai on 25th march. Within two days post installation, ac gas has leaked out. As per assessment by technician this is due to loose fitting of gas pipe. Now i have been told to invest in extra copper pipe since the location of ac outer part needs to be changed. I was not communicated about loose fitting at the time of installation and was assured about proper installation. This has caused me extreme inconvenience and not able to use ac since last one week. I shall not pay any charges towards extra copper pipe. As it is my balcony wall has been damaged. Was this information helpful? | |||||
