This is to bring to your concern regarding the wrong information given at Reliance digital store about the Gift card balance and its validity . On 23.10.2022 at Dhanteras Festival we visited Reliance Digital store at Mahagun Metro mall in Vaishali at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh for shopping. But to confirm the balance amount in gift card we approached their staff, after checking the card details they informed this card is having Rs 0 balance and validity also expired .
But as per our shopping record card was not suppose to expired and and it must be having approx balance of Rs.6000.00 but their Reliance staff provides wrong information they told as stated above. Due to their wrong information we could not use our card on that day.
On 25.10.2022 we enquired about it on your help desk number they told card is having balance amount in it and is expired on 24.10.2022 accordingly they logged complaint on it and complaint ID is 4147929 . In order to this kindly confirm now when we can utilize balance amount of this card .

I am having similar problem with reliance digital cards. I contacted reliance digital store when I received the cards from my company and they said all cards have to be loaded on to your account and activated, then it needs to be used within 12 months of activation. Recently I went to make a purchase, then they said cards are already expired.
Also it's mentioned on the cards received as "This card has no value until activated by cashier" and "Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation".
It's worst experience. My cards are worth 38000 Rupees. I am not sure who can help me.
