[Resolved] Reliance Digital — godrej refrigerator | |||||
Billing issue, total amount received for product and billed amount for the product is different. They said iron box is free gift with refrigerator. But in the bill they have charged iron box. I have purchased this on March 20th 2018 and 2nd day l have registered the complaint in customer care. Till now no solution. CC people says the complaint is closed and stores person says complaint escalated to head office and no response. Purchased at reliance digital vijayanagar.
