Reliance Digital — GST Input

Dear Sirs,

This is regarding the order of MacBook Pro. Order no RDF09457730. Bought on 26th January 2021 from reliance digital website.

I have not been mailed a tax invoice which has our company name and GST number. I had input the same during the online process. Please find attached images of the same. Also please find attached PDF of tax Invoice we have received.

I had contacted the customer service executive. They say that although they have received the company particulars and the company GST number, they said that I would not receive a tax invoice since i has chosen insta delivery as delivery method. This is very odd. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere and we have never faced any of these problems with Amazon and Flipkart or any other e-commerce website in prime / expedited delivery etc.

We need to claim GST on below behalf of the company and it would be a loss to us if not got from your end. The option of input of GST should not have been allowed post input of delivery method. You can charge extra for expedited delivery but cannot withhold GST tax invoice. If it’s the case, we should be clearly indicated. Also since we make these kinds of transactions daily, this is very odd.

Also as a side note, expedited delivery did not happen in our case. We booked last evening at 830 pm and our packet was delivered at around 12 pm today. It’s not expedited delivery in these times where morning delivery and expedited delivery work round the corner. Timing for expedited delivery should be clearly mentioned.

Please assist in this asap. We need GST input tax invoice for claiming. Else this transaction is of no value to us. We would rather return the laptop and cancel The transaction. If we would have known all such problems we would not have booked Reliance digital In any case.
