[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Horrible service: for 10 days no one has come to repair kent water purifier. | |||
I have taken additional warranty for Kent purifier from Reliance digital and now it needs a filter change but no matter how many times I call - no one from Reliance bothers to look into matter. Its been 10 days, almost 8-10 calls, 4 mails. Every time I get reply saying 'Will send someone by 7PM' or 'This has been escalted on high priority' It is just a water purifier filter change which will take 10 mins. Daily I am spending 200 Rs to get water from outside, which I don't believe is healthy too. Will Reliance take care if anything happens? What is whole purpose of taking Reliance warranty?
