Horrible service: for 10 days no one has come to repair kent water purifier.

I have taken additional warranty for Kent purifier from Reliance digital and now it needs a filter change but no matter how many times I call - no one from Reliance bothers to look into matter.

Its been 10 days, almost 8-10 calls, 4 mails.

Every time I get reply saying 'Will send someone by 7PM' or 'This has been escalted on high priority'

It is just a water purifier filter change which will take...

Dear sir,

I purchased hitachi inverter on 19th may and as per request installation was committed on 21st may by reliance digital sales team.
Technician mr. Sadik attended installation call in the morning at 9:15 am. Installation was started as suggested by technician only. He started drilling and found rcc structure and stopped activity after informing to his senior mr. Altaf. I request him to complete the installation and i was ready to pay the charges applicable for rcc drill. Technician have lake of tools and not ready to complete installation. I contacted mr. Amit gajjar and requested to help to complete installation. Mr. Amit gajjar responded that first complete the site at your end and then i will complete installation today. The matter was discussed at around 11:00 am.
Rcc drilling was complete at my end at around 13:00 and i informed mr. Amit gajjar to send technician for completion of task. He didn't pick up the phone.

I visited reliance digital at panchvati at around 14:00 and met there mr. Parag purohit, he attended me very warmly and cooperatively. He also tried to complete installation by today only. He talked with mr. Amit gajjar, mr. Tejas and one of his senior most but no one was ready to commit for completion of installation by today evening.

Now i was really scared by the rescue team response. I want to know that site ready whose responsibility? Customer is aware about site ready? Any way i managed and now site is ready, now team is not ready for installation. I tried to complete the task from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, almost 7 hours but result is still not get.

From this totally unprofessional approach of rescue team i cancelled my two years rescue contract and same is proceed by mr. Parag.

I request to your intervention in this issue and complete installation by today evening only. Also i request to take some concrete action against rescue team members involved in this issue.

Even after above communication through mail to concern persons, installation was not attended on sunday (21st may).

Installation is not only issue in this matter. The way of behavior of rescue team was totally unprofessional.

Rcc drilling on site is not customer responsibility at all in any case and also installation was not attended after completion of drilling.

Why installation was not attended even after site was ready at 1:00 pm on sunday?

    This is to bring to your notice that I have logged this complain one month ago regarding the Samsung Refrigerator bought from Reliance Digital Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad which was having refrigeration issue. I have also taken ResQ Plan from Reliance Digital and as per requirement i contacted Reliance digital and logged a complaint.

    At the first instance your Reliance team has closed the ticket without resolving the issue which should not happen in any circumstances as it is unethical and illegal. I again logged the complain regarding the same issue i.e the refrigerator is not cooling, this time the same engineer came from Reliance digital and checked the fridge saying that the FAN motor has problem so it needs to be changed .For this another engineer comes after taking nine long days to change the FAN.It was again an unsuccessful attempt because the FAN he brought was smaller in size compared to the one which was considered as defective in the fridge. Then after checking it again the engineer comes with another story i.e the PCB is defective and FAN is good in condition. Now according to him the PCB has to be changed he again went back without resolving the issue and it took him another two days to come and change it. The same engineer comes with a PCB and fits the new PCB and now says that again FAN also needs to be changed because it is not working. Again without resolving the issue he goes back and comes another day with FAN and checks the fridge which was still not working.Now this time he has raised a new issue that the fridge is NON- REPAIRABLE.

    I also want to bring to your notice that :

    1. Reliance says that they are 100% partner of Samsung but he sends an Engineer who is on payroll and showed no liability to contact Samsung support and all engineer who came to verify were not good in their skill as they had no clue of the issue after taking many attempts in assessment.
    2. I as a customer having faith in brand of Reliance as well Samsung is feeling cheated at the end and i still have no clue what is going to done to resolve this issue.
    3. I took all stress and initiative to call and set reminder to resolve the issue which i expected from the other side i.e Reliance digital. For this i have skipped my office hours to help you positively and at the end got no result.
    4. In the hot summer i am taking all pain to manage without fridge and handling all costs on my own to maintain my standard of living.I have also got a standby fridge i.e only two days ago which in not in working condition and shows how much you carelessly handle your esteemed customer who have purchased a fridge from your store.
    5. The negligent behavior of all your staff while handling this issue and non co-operation is highly unacceptable.
    6.After spending all approx one month and high payment for ResQ plan i am helpless, a customer who bought a fridge from a branded store(Reliance Digital) and a company/brand (Samsung) which manufactures so called esteemed product and claims of prompt services.

      We bought an LG Air conditioner from Reliance Digital Gachibowli branch with a commitment of Installation by Reliance Digital within 2 days.

      Initially they came and informed we have not brought wires. We will come on next day ASAP.

      The day never came and it's 15 days we are waiting for technician. We raised complaint in customer care with no 20605958 but still no response. Called multiple times to Reliance Digital.They are just making us fool saying it will come at this time and sorry. It's ridiculous. Only concerned about selling products with false promise and no responsiveness.

            Hi,

            I bought a panasonic split ac "panasonic kc18sky3re" from reliance digital store located at 16-10-27/105/1 to 7 & 106/1. Muncipal colony, malakpet, hyderabad -5000036. The store sold a faulty product and not replacing it or refunding my money. As i called several times they registered for service technicians and technicians when they visit they did said it would be replaced with another product as its a new product and faulty but when i checked with customer service in their records its like its been rectified and ticket is closed. I called for a complaint on[protected] for complaining about load noise the ac is making the service request is closed saying its been fixed, on[protected] the ac shut down and i called the relaince customer service and they said some body will call back in regard and nobody called, on[protected] i called again and same answer is given. On[protected] i made 2 calls and 1st call i got answer of systems are down we cant help, and on 2nd call they registered a service request with number [protected] and informed me that there were no service requests atall after[protected].
            It is totally unacceptable from a such a big corporation to behave in such manner as we pay premium charges for the service support.

              Complaint in respect of 2 ton lg split ac of production model : jsnq2465apx. Anidue 1 purchased on 7.5.2017 from reliance digital store dwarka new delhi

              The present complaint is in the respect of sale of defective split 2 ton air conditioner of lg make. The air conditioner purchased from reliance digital store on 7.5.2017 has stopped working/ providing any cool air within 48 hours of its installation. We called the manufacturer (Lg) on its customer care number. Lg sent its mechanic who informed that he cannot cure the defect and he told that we have to approach the dealer i. E. Reliance digital

              We realized that reliance digital has sold us inherently defective air conditioner knowing fully well the defect therein. The air conditioner suffers inherent manufacturing defect.

              Our agony was further compounded by complete non cooperation customer care executive of reliance digital when we called them as well as your store executives at sector 10 dwarka, new delhi. None of them was willing to co-operate, register a complaint and providing the complaint number.

              We want immediate replacement of the air conditioner without any further delay. Reliance digital has supplied us defective air conditioner which could not run properly even for 6 hours over a period of 48 hours.

              We reiterate immediate replacement considering the extremely hot weather nowadays and that we have already suffered for more than 10 days

                I bought an a/c panasonic, inverter, 1ton, from reliance digital, indiranagar on 5th of may. A/c was installed on 7th of may. The a/c is non functional till date due to the gas leak. Technicians (Out sourced) including reliance resque team has visited the site for 3 times. Now they say, they have to remove the compressor and do welding and repair it. Why should i accept the repaired compressor. The a/c technicians have suggested that one should never go for the panasonic brand. I am really worried about the future service, spare parts and performance of the product. I dont mind to return it and go for a different brand.

                  Yesterday I got call regarding Ac Repairing from Jamnagar office they told me that they got/received one of my ordered parts for My AC-Remote control,
                  One of sevice executive come at my home with new remote for my ac but when he tries to operate it, still this new remote is not respond, so he inform us that we have to replace “PCB” so now after reaching his office he will order PCB for my ac,
                  So My question to M/s. Reliance digital when I get total ad final solution for my ac ? I am suffering and sending mails & reminders from one month for repair and to get proper answered from you but still I am not getting proper resolution, that quality of your service ? how you can do that with your valuable customers. many service man come and open and close my ac often so AC body structure is weak and getting many scratches on it -looking very bad,

                    I had purchased one window AC from Reliance Digital, GIP Mall, Noida on April 7th 2016. Surprisingly, the AC developed chilling/cooling issue within one year. I retorted the problem on 27th March 2017. The warranty was valid till 7th May 2017. The service team visited after repeated calls after 10 days. The first thing they told that cooling coil of AC has become rusty hence need to be replaced. But when they came to know the product is under warranty, they changed the statement and told it's a simple issue. I insisted for replacement of coils as it's only 1 yr old then. They kept on insisting that cooling coil not required to be changed and only gas to be refilled. As it was already summer in Noida, so I had no option but to yield to their false assurance. Somehow they repaired and left the AC. They given verbal assurance that AC would run for 3 months without issues.

                    Now after 20 days of repair, the AC started giving the same cooling issue. Now the AC is out of warranty. But again I called the RESQ team for service. To my prediction, they started telling that cooling coil to be changed. They knew that this product is out of warranty. They need money now.

                    I tried to explain that cooling coil would not be rusty within 20 days as they only repaired it then. But why they did not replace the coil when the product was on warranty. I have escalated the issue to the highest level in customer care but seems like they are dumb and deaf. They just know how to cheat people and sell product without servicing during warranty.

                    They have taken my AC for replacing the coil. But now they informed that they have repaired by welding and refilled the gas again. They could not replace the coil. The questiin is if coil is necessary to replace then why they did not do it 20 days back when the product was under warranty! Had they replaced it then, it would have given no problem within 20 days...Just because they cheated during warranty, they are supposed to do the correct job now...

                    I have added the image of service slip which clearly says 'cooling pipe change' but they are again cheating me doing some hanky panky thing.

                      I bought air cooler of symphony on 15th may evening worth rs.9898. They said it will be delivered at tomorrow evening before 6 pm but its not delivered that day and nobody even informed us about it. Next day on 17th may i have called the showroom and they said it was on the way. But after wait for 7pm again i have called now i have got ridiculous answer that there is no detail of me. When i have ask foe the manager then they have found the detail. They dont even give me bill also at the time of purchase by saying that we need the bill for home delivery which is ok for me, but now they are asking for the bill when i have called them. What nonsense is this. I am waiting for reply from the management.

                            I recently purchased a bosch dishwasher from a reliance digital express outlet in mysore BM Habitat mall and I clearly mentioned to them that the location where the installation had to be done was 90km away and that I was ready to pay any extra charges for the same. Its been 5 days since my purchase, I haven't received even a single call from their side and every time I call asking for installation they give excuses saying tomorrow or day after. This kind of service isn't accepted by reliance. I'm not mentioning bosch here because reliance has their own technicians and bosch will not send their representatives if the product is bought from reliance digital.

                              I am arshiya khan want to lodge a complain against daikin ac 1.5 ton product was not gud and not providing cooling performance. I am really unsatisfied with the service and product features. It's around 40000/- but not giving output please help to change the device and send some concern person.                                 I have purchase aoc led tv from reliance retail allahabad on 6/10/14 this tv become defective on 28/11/16 due to problem in panel. Its aoc warranty has been expired on 5/10/16. But ihad taken reliance resq care plan due to this plan my warranty had been extended upto 6/10/17. Ihvae apporched to reliance peoplebut they told that aoc is not supplying panel any more bcoz manufactrin of this model is closed. After that ihave approched to aoc company they are ready to replace unit on chargeble basis 95 %cost with warranty 3 months of warranty.
                                So admit my complaint and do the needful

                                  Bought panasonic ac from keelkatali branch on apr 14, installation engineer said he was not aware of panasonic product nd he didn't demonstrate, we keep following sales rep mohammed dhansil, but he is irresponsible in updating us, ac remote is not working, we are in doubt whether we issued already used product, if our concerns are not cleared in next two days, will return the product nd spread the message about poor service of reliance in whatsapp groups and facebooks

                                    My self sandheep v i submitted pf form in month february but its almost 3months over and i went to reliance digital i asking for when its comes those people says pls go mumbai pf office check their ur details said this word i getting answer from reliance digital peoples
                                    And as governament says only it will take 20days i dont know how its possible 3 r 4 months reliance people says governament chenged everytime rules,
                                    I think so month an month it will be changed

                                      Sir i am jeetjyoti das and i have lost my jio sim. I have got a new one but the sim proceedings are not being done till now. I have visited their office more than 3times. Each time they make an excuse. Its more than 16days today, my sim is still not activated. I have a 303rs and 99rs recharge already done in this no.
