I log compalint against lg ac in reliance digital on toll free no.[protected], my requist id no.[protected], date 11/05/2017, but yet not visited any mechanic for attend my compalint.in this days three mechanics call to me and confirm address and complaint natur. But they not attend and no visit my address. I have many call to technition but he not pick up my phone. I against call to toll free number many times for inquiry for this but my complain not solve he as it is now. No solution by reliance digital. Last month reliance technitions visit my address andcharge 3200/-me for gas filling in ac but he fill same gas in ac and he say filling balance gas in nex day. But yet he not visited and not fill balance gas in ac. Then many times i call to technition but he not pick up may phone. I have realy tired rong behaivier from reliance digita service. What i do

Please solution for my compalint.

    I have purchased AOC 40 Inch FHD TV on 3 Jan 2015 and have got 1 year warranty and 2 years of extended warranty with Reliance Resq until January 2018. I have paid Reliance ResQ for extended warranty. TV stopped working all of a sudden in Feb 2017 and after multiple call to reliance service finally they attended and obliged to take the TV for service once they get the defective part from Mumbai. But they didn't pick up the TV until 21 April 2017. Even after accepting the TV set complete with box and remote on 21 April they have been saying the replacement part is yet to arrive. This week I have been told part is old and there are new models so they not be able to repair but can get compensation.

    But there is no concrete response or dead line for this case. In case they cannot repair the product they should provide me compensation immediately and mention the amount in advance. I have attached the receipt provided to me by reliance when picking the product for service.

        Yesterday I was purchased a Samsung washing machine after confirmation of they will delivered that product 15th May and they was assured me for this with in 11am your product will delivered but till now communication from their side and when I was called up for asking then they don't even bother to pick up my calls, it was my mother's day gift for my mom..very poor service can understand the santimet of the customer only need sale .kindly intervene urgent

        Or else I have send a mail to consumer forum also

        I am just taken a off for today and just know some one called me up and told delivery today is not possible because product is defected (its just a marketing stagy )
        very very poor service from reliance digital wrong commitment also entire day they informed me it is just on his way know suddenly told me not today tomorrow,

        what kind of rubbish service is this, i will never ever buy anything from relince

          I live in ahmedabad and I have bought split ac of LG company (invoice no:011308) from jamnagar reliance digital on 14th February, 2017.
          In this 2 and half months I have registered my complaints for 3 times.It creats simultaneously some new issues and I have to call for after sell service for many times.It's not good thing for me as well as for the product. I want its permanent solution .I hope you can understand my problem and kind cooperation from your side.

            I bought a resq plan for a reliance split a.c and calling reliance guys to fix the a.c since last 4 months but they have not been able to fix the a.c since last 4 months. Reliance a.c service is worst from all other a.c service providers.

            Reliance a.c technician take mostly 4 months and 4-5 visits to remediate a simple problem. They are the worst. Do not get resq plans at all.

              I have taken htc desire 728 and the next day after purchase i went to the store for the replacement of the phone as the speaker was not working and instead of replacing the phone over there they telling me to go to service center of htc and come back to store for replacement and get it done, which will cost so much time. The reliance digital has proven of its very poor customer service by making the customer suffer for their mistake and negligence.

              We purchase new a/c from main road (m t ) Ranchi about one month before at that time our account ac was not cooling I complain it to the branch but they are not solving our problem.i told them to replace it so many time but they did not response.
              I don know what to do with it kindly help us as soon as possible.

                I Had purchased the TV at anantapur District, andhra pradesh Reliance Digital mall in the year 2015 and the said TV is under RCP for two years. Last 08 months back my TV got problem and I complain the same. Still now the problem is not resolved.
                They were asking RCP booklet which i havent received. But my customer ID linked with RCP.
                Its a big harassment Iam facing from 08 months. every day i am calling to service technicians. But my problem is not resolved.

                The total cost of MICRO MAX LED 49 inch including Rs.8, 686.00 2 yrs warranty, I paid Rs.45, 676.00, Dated 22.07.2015 ( not even 2 years i used this TV )
                Now they were telling that they will refund only Rs. 18, 000/- tw's my WARRANTY.

                What is your calculation ? As a middle person common man TV cost which i purchased to my family is much
                to me.

                You made totally in justice. Is I Purchased seconds TV ?

                  The refrigerator stopped cooling on the 4th may and a complaint was lodged
                  But the whirlpool authorities advised that since the product was purchased from reliance digital reliance would carry out the repairs. I n this peak summer we are deprived of even cold water and all our medicines, vegetables, fish, mutton etc. Got spoilt.
                  On 12th may reliance sent an engineer mahesh who went back saying that it will take 2 days and that he would come back.
                  It is already 10 days that the fridge is out of order and needs to be repaired immediately. Request you to kindly arrange to get the refrigerator immediately without any further delay,

                  I purchased samsung washing machine worth rupees 57, 500/- from reliance digital, Nashik Road, Nasik. Its been 10 days now but nobody came home for demonstration, they said our executive will visit in 1-2 days then their executive called me and said that he is coming but he didn't come and didn't even pick my call later on...
                  From yesterday my AC don't do proper cooling . So, please come to check it &repair it .

                    Its not even 50 days and i face two time cooling issue with below are the details

                    Issue 1:

                    Issue date : 23-apr-2017
                    Ticket raised to panasonic / reliance : 24-apr-2017
                    Resolution date : 29-apr-2017
                    Resulution : welding to condenser

                    Description: event a month is not passed, from sunday (23-apr-2017), it stopped cooling, because it was evening (9:00 pm), so i was not able to called panasonic customer care but i called them on monday (24-apr-2017) and their service engineer visited on monday only.
                    Service engineer said gas has been leaked out because installation was not done incorrectly (Installation was done by reliance digital), so he did not fixed the issue and said to call reliance digital.
                    I tried to call reliance digital service centre 2-3 time on monday but every time they responded like "server is slow so cannot not take action instantly", then i raised ticket via mail.in between i tried to call reliance digital store on the number which was given on the bill but did not get through.
                    By a number of follow up, the service engineer from reliance digital visited on wednesday evening (26-apr-2017) and now he said the leakage is from internal part of the condensor (Don't remember the exact word), so he will not fix the issue, panasonic need to fix the issue.
                    Then, i called panasonic to replace the product as their engineer was not able to find the problem, they said to contact reliance digital.
                    I then called reliance digital to raise refund as they said again their engineer will visit tomorrow to fix the issue, so if the engineer cannot fix today how come he will fix next day? He said call to call panasonic if refund is need.
                    I then called panasonic for the same, after spending more than 1 hour somehow i got a number (They said it asm's number).
                    I had discussion with mr ravish on wednesday evening (Approx. 8-9 pm), i have clearly
                    Aid him all the issue, he gave assurance that ac will get fixed by tomorrow i. E. On thursday.
                    After follow up on thursday, he said engineer will visit in evening 6:00 pm. I clearly sid engineer if something need to replace how can you replace post 6 pm, and requested to visit early. But then he visited my home at 6:30 pm. And then said the some issue is there, it need to get replaced.
                    Then i called mr ravish again, he said it will get replaced by tomorrow i. E. On friday (28-apr-2017).
                    In between i called reliance digital and asked email id for senior person, so that i can communicate over the same on mail. Someone picked the phone and denied to share mail id.
                    My kid has to be in cool but from last five day due to this issue she started facing health issue because of heat wave. Even i am getting mentally harassed by calling and following up multiple people daily (Which waste approx. Half day, if required i can give all the call history).
                    Finally somehow they came and did welding to the ac.

                    Issue 2 :

                    Issue date : 9-may-2017
                    Ticket raised to reliance : 9-may-2017
                    Resolution date : not yet resolved
                    Resulution : na

                    Description : after 10-11 days of last fix, again the cooling issue reoccured, from last isssue a have got a call from a sernior person. So, i called him as well. He said "i will raise it to panasonic to replace and our engineer will visit and will take photograph, that i have to share with panasonic". After lot of followup some one visited on 11-may, he said there is less gas and could be some minor leackage, another engineer will visit in the evening he will take look.
                    Its now 13-may, and nobody has visited yet, the senior person i was in contact ask 24 hr everyday but nothing happens.

                    What i now think is, this way customer relationship cannot be sustained, if for every fix i have to do lot of follow up and issue does not get resolved in 24-48 (What they say in their website).
                    So, its my request to please refund my money and take your ac back.` i don't want to be your customer anymore.

                        I have requested 3times for my a. C. After sale service.
                        Everytime they said techinician will come in 48hrs but no one has come yet.

                        Worst service from reliance i have ever seen.
                        They are intentionally doing a harrasment to their customers.

                        Without doing after sale service they giving me sms that they have resolved my complaint.
                        But none of the technician has come to me.
                        Not even i have got single call from reliance digital.

                          I have purchased on washing machine from xpress mini store in bhopal he said delievery is done by tommarrow morning. But it is not done your concern person said we dont have vehicle today it is done by tomarrow only.

                          I am very very frustate with your service if this type of service you are giving to customers then it is good to purchase from other places. This is not a way to treat a customer you are not solwing our problem but you are generating one other problem

                            Sir,
                            I had made a complaint on 07 May 2107 about non-delivery of the Samsung Washing machine that was booked by me and paid in full on 05/05/17 at Reliance Digital in Brookfields Mall Coimbatore. C#60359914
                            But have got no reply from customer support till date.
                            After having bought the item I was called on phone after I exited the mall and was told that the item cannot be billed for their own reasons, but when they sold it they told me that it is the last piece of the Model TLWA 65K4000HD and gave a discount of 6%

                            But why was the item denied after having sold, Cash Memo- Retail Invoice given ?

                              I'm purchased a window AC of Hitachi from your shipra mall store on 09/05/2017 it is delevered but it is not installed till now I complain about that on your toll free no but it is completely useless they guys are illiterate and not even able to understand the problem of a customer they don't have any simpathy and care about the problem which a customer is facing and also no support and follow up from your store these guys are also free after sales the product they don't want to get 1% pain about the after sale services.
                              Totally hell service I'll never going to purchase any of product from reliance and suggest the same to my all contacts and I'll going to post my this problem on FB and make u guys popular so no one face the same problem which I'm going threw...

Since then, no action has been taken regarding that issue.                                   Hi i have purchased one voltage ac in 8th may and executive told me that it will be delivered to you next day
                                  I followed up many times and no one picked up the call on 9th may.
                                  Then i visited the store leaving my office early to make sure that it should be delivered on next day.
                                  But 10th i call the showroom guy at 9:35am to make sure that ac should be delivered on time.

                                  Again around at 12:30pm i called the guy and told the it is not delivered till now then he told me that sir there is some issue and we cannot deliver it today and same will be done by tomorrow.

                                  So bad to see this kind of service from reliance digital
                                  Now i think i have made a wrong purchase from reliance digital, i could have purchased from csd store till date they have also delivered me and lower price.

                                    I have purchased washing machine around 36000 in feb 2017 from allahabad reliance digital. But they did not updated my point on my card.
                                    Tomorrow when i visited reliance digital in allahabad and presented my reliance card for redeem after purchasing cloths.
                                    I came to know that my card is showing zero balance.
                                    After that when i ask to manager vrispati tiwari & sales person anand srivastav, they told me that point has been updated to other card and i have only one card which is showing zero balance.
                                    Reliance digital staff is doing forgery and they are making fool to their key customer. They had taken benefit of my card for their own benefit.
                                    So i want that company should take legal action against the people who are involve in this forgery.

                                      Things crossed its limits today (9th may, 2017) when jitender on help desk was convicting my mother guilty, shouting that "when i called you in afternoon twice why didn't you come receive your money? I was free that time." how much insane the misconduct of reliance digital in general is that i have lost all confidence and faith in this company.

                                      My mother bought a room cooler (Cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563) on 8th april, 2017. Reception promised a delivery within 2 days and thus she submitted the money. The product didn't arrived so she called again to remind. This happened for weeks now. They even made false statements that "ma'am your product has been dispatched from here" and so she has to cut her whole day off just to receive that product but that didn't happened.

                                      Since, it was becoming an everyday pain, she finally cancelled the product and asked for refund. They stated that the money would be transferred in the account within a week, but that too didn't happened. She repeatedly, visited reliance digital asking for refund but they started misbehaving with her rather refunding amount. She told them she will file a complaint against them forum and all drama happened that jitender finally called today in morning (9th may, 2017) when i was busy in office and standing in queue and thus went late at about 9pm when jitender peaked his misbehave shouting on loud voices.

                                      I want to ask, on what qualifications your company recruit these rude people. Is this a mandatory criteria for your company for people on help desk to be rude? This has set a benchmark in, perhaps, the worst service i have ever received.

                                        I have purchase window ac and stabilizer from reliance digital - logix city centre noida on 21st april 2017 against the invoice no 16.
                                        The stabilizer install is faulty as whenever electricity comes back post cutoff, ac get on instantly without any delay from stabilizer, which might damage the product.
                                        Tried to contact the customer care several times but they disconnect the call in b/w while raising the complaint.
                                        After several attempts finally raise the complaint having complaint # [protected].
                                        Hope technician will visit soon and resolve the issue and replace the faulty product.
