[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Htc phone replacement | |||
I have taken htc desire 728 and the next day after purchase i went to the store for the replacement of the phone as the speaker was not working and instead of replacing the phone over there they telling me to go to service center of htc and come back to store for replacement and get it done, which will cost so much time. The reliance digital has proven of its very poor customer service by making the customer suffer for their mistake and negligence. Was this information helpful? | |||
