[Resolved] Reliance Digital — I am complaining about fraud company

Dear sir/madam,

We have a complaint against reliance digital showroom of panipat located opposite railway road panipat. We bought a refrigerator in 2017 diwali offer but we did not received cash back from them according to the offer. I visited three times in last month but the person who deal with me who commited cash back on our purchasing is not in the office. He is always out for work his phone is switched off whenever i visit there they said we will call you when the person come but we are not satisfied with there services.
Please give me positive response as soon as possible.

I have purchased a c7 pro from rel digital sobha city thrissur kerala.but that product having software problems and I submitted the same in rel digital with in 5 days .Shop executive told me that he will deliver the product on 22 jan 2018.
But now they are not responding to my complaint...
