On 7-jan purchased a samsung 55mu7000 uhd tv for 125000/- invoice 60192557 but was given a display piece by mr. Pankaj & mr. Naresh inspite o[censored]s persisting for a fresh warehouse piece. Finally we received a very used piece without and accessories back panel cover missing and remote not working. Same was immediately highlighted to samsung technician and rel dig mr. Pankaj who replaced the remote with a working one but back panel cover still awaited.
So, we will not sign rel dig delivery note and also samsung service report signed with remark of missing back panel.

In view of this, we will appreciate rel dig to provide fresh replacement piece asap else we intend to lodge a for against mr. Pankaj and rel dig for mis-selling as well as samsung via mass media and consumer complaint.

    regarding warranty of my laptop

    I had bought my laptop one year back from a reliance digital store in phoenix market city, whitefield, bangalore. Two months later the edges of my laptop broke despite being placed in the laptop bag i got from the same store. About a month later, the screen acquired some blurry white blobs of discoloration and it's still there. As i got to the second year, my laptop became extremely slow. It wouldn't turn off sometimes even if i switched...

    Hi team,

    I've purchased iphone 8 plus 64 gb on reliance store in besant nagar on 13 oct 2017. During at the time of purchase i was informed by the store manager named arul that i will getting a temperglass and a good quality branded pouch for the iphone 8 plus also i was informed it is not cost emi option so if i pay in 6 months i will not be charged any interest for my phone which i purchased in relience store. That is it will be no cost emi offer

    But till now i've been charged interest by the bank for this purchase, when i checked with bank i was informed this purchase is not a not cost emi and interest will be charged for all 6 months.

    So right now i'm paying interest for the product which i dint opt for and also the pouch as per promised by store was not given only a local silicon pouch was given and i was informed that currently they dont have stock and they will give if they get the new stocks for iphone 8 plus. Till now i dint recived any pouch from them.

    I want the interest charged to be refunded as promised during my iphone 8 plus purchase

    Regarding above issue i already contacted the customer care long back almost a month before.But still there is no response from them, when ever i reach them to get the status i was informed the issue will be resolved in 2-3 days but still now i don't see any progress on same.Customer care compliant ref no : [protected].

    Last time when i spoke the customer care person she said she will try to conference me with the store person named Arul . But when customer care person called Arul he disconnected the call and seems he dint response properly.So i was informed by customer care member that she will escalate the issue and will be addressed within 24 hrs...But still no response from anyone.i would ask if any responsible person from Reliance digital to take this concern as serious and try to close this issue ASAP.

      - i purchased a samsung led tv 32m55770 yesterday (6 jan 2018) from reliance digital store (Orion mall, panvel).

      - sales team of reliance digital committed to get the delivery done by next day i. E (7 jan 2018).

      - the tv got delivered by 12 noon on 7 jan 2018, but without bracket. (Received the same and waited for the service representative.)

      - the service representative arrived for connection and reported that the wall mounting bracket is not delivered.

      - i had called the reliance digital store (Orion mall, panvel) - [protected], several times but no body answered.

      - had to call costumer care of reliance digital several times, they tried to connect me to store and kept me on hold twice for 10 minutes and 15 minutes respectively.

      - at last got to speak to the stores mediated by costumer care.

      - surprised to hear that they were not to be held responsible delivery mishap, as the samsung company were running short of wall mounting brackets and did not get it from their side.

      - i told him weather i should call and ask the samsung officials for this.
      That is when reliance stores representative committed to send the bracket by today night 10 pm (7 jan 2018).
      Unfortunately, this is how a professional company takes care of its costumers and makes them wait till 10 pm.

      I hope my grievance reaches the right place where it could be addressed and hope to receive the same by today night 10:00 pm. Have wasted all my day.

        Hi,
        We bought sony tv from reliance retail shop. Also we have put reliance as extended support (2years), apart from normal warranty of 1 year of sony. Tv goes to standby mode and red light keep on blinking. Later on we raised with reliance. Almost 2 weeks has been completed, we are not getting any proper response. Whenever we call to the customer care, we get reply like "we will check with the service team and revert back". Even though we asked for standby unit as per their resq plan but they are not providing the same. Kindly check and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

        Still issue persist. after long follow up, we got frustrated and asked the company to follow the commercial solution. on 09/01/2018, We received cheque of rs 19812 with post dated cheque (14/01/2018) . Cheque given by them was bounced back due to insufficient fund. Also they have taken the tv from us. Again waiting for their response

          Hai, we are from hyderabad. We are not getting etv and gemini tv bouquet along with colors, sony and other channels totaling to 24. We have paid till april 2018. 'due to technical reasons... Keep flashing. The customer care was not functional till recently. Now they are telling all lies, like wait for 15 days more etc., they are also not providing hyderabad regional office address or phone number.

            Htc 828d purchased from reliance digital on 16-dec-2016.
            Resq care plan (27811) purchased, which was valid from 16-dec-2017.
            The mentioned phone got damaged and was handed over at reliance digital on 17-dec-17.
            Till now there has been no resolution or replacement.
            I have been asked to pay more money.
            Can someone please explain, what is the use of taking the policy in such case.

Samarth we will not let you change the product,

                Dear team,
                Actually i was looking for apple ear pods and came to buy and after reaching the reliance digital (Bangalore hbr layout) one of the staff showed me the philips wireless headphone with all specifications and i went billed it rs 2949. After billing rs 2949 the staff oppended the box and demoed me the product of philips wireless headphone i did not like the sound quality which i expected and i was not satisfied, immediately i requested the staff to exchange me the product with apple ear pods which worth of rs 2500 plus was ready to purchase more 500rs any other product the staff took me to the crm manger name sandeep he refused to help me with exchanaging the product which was buyed before 10mins inside the same store, non of the staff and management help me to exchange the product or refund. As per the reliance digital retail return policy in the bill there was no were in the bill mentioned that no replacement or refund but still the crm manger sandeep refused me and made me to wait more than 1hour and still did not exchange me the product. I really felt very upset and told what kind of customer service was this he was not ready to exchange product which was billed before 10mins on the same store (I dint left the store after billed) again told manger that i got scammed of rs 2949 which i did not get any of the satisfied with product and he answer was i can't do anything sir.
                I really know myself my family was the good customer to reliance digital but today i really felt very very bad that why did i came to buy apple ear to reliance digital instead of going directly to apple store and now i regret and got a product which i'm not satisfied and no management help me to exchange even after requesting under the reliance retain policy. I understand you reliance but some time these kind of mangers should not do to customer like us these way.
                Really sorry reliance i am not satisfied even 0%, getting scared to come back again for any purchase.

                I tried replacing the product at their suggested Reliance digital outlet (HSR) but they say they don't replace due to some credit note. Now it's turning into hassles. Please arrange a call back today. So that I can replace it here at HSR. [protected]. Waiitng call from HO.

                  Purchased sony tv 40" and yamaha music system from reliance borivali west reliance outlet in 2014. Also purchased extended warranty from them.

                  However in last 3 years -

                  Sony tv went under breakdown 3 times - first time speaker was changed.2 nd time some card was changed and now again card problem.

                  Yamaha music also went under breakdown 3 times - first time sytem was sent to yamaha for mother board change. 2 nd and 3 rd time some card was changed.

                  Resq is most unorganised, unethical and totally irresponsible service centre.

                  Better to directly buy extended warranty from brand directly.

                  Response time from resq-1 week.
                  W/o resolving problem comolaint is automatically stated as resolved.

                  Visit from brand sony/yamaha engineer - 1 week.

                  Brand waiting period for payment from resq -1 to 2 weeks.

                  On receipt of payment brand will initate replacement.

                  2 to 3 weeks for brand to replace.

                  I. E each complaint is resolved by 6 to 7 weeks.

                    Migrated to Tatasky on 01-11-17 on notification from Reliance Bigtv to switch/migrate to other service providers as their dth license was about to expire. Approximate amount of rs.2000/- with Reliance Bigtv- recharge amount - hasnt yet been credited to Tatasky a/c even after 7 weeks.
                    Subscriber id with Reliance is "[protected]"and id at Tatasky is "[protected]".
                    When I contacted Reliance Digital Tv, they asked me to approach Bigtv as the current company has nothing to do with operations of erstwhile Reliance Bigtv.
                    How can I approach Bigtv when the toll free numbers being used by Reliance Digital TV are same as Bigtv ? Isnt this an excellent innovative way to cheat Bigtv customers by shutting down services for few weeks and later restart under new name with same website, toll free numbers by same promoter ?

                    I have migrated to TATASKY from Reliance Bigtv on 01-11-17 on notification from Reliance Bigtv to migrate/switch to other service providers as Bigtv DTH license was to expire . And before migration, I recharged Bigtv a/c with Rs.2300/- on 13-10-17.

                    Now Tatasky asks me to contact Reliance Bigtv to get refund of amount .
                    And when I contacted Reliance Digital TV on 22-12-17. which is running the same website and toll free numbers of erstwhile Reliance Bigtv, the customer care asks me to approach Bigtv and not Reliance Digital TV which has nothing to do Bigtv.

                    How can I contact Bigtv whose toll free numbers are being used by Reliance Digital TV?
                    How come different companies have same website and same toll free numbers ? Aren't both same promoter group companies ? Or is this a new way to cheat customers of erstwhile company whose services are shut down for few weeks and same company under new name of same promoter with same website and toll free numbers take erstwhile company customers for a ride ? Are you not intentionally trying to cheat customers and make them run from pillar to post with different names but same toll free numbers ?
                    Isn't this a excellent case of corporate thuggery ?

                      Brought a water heater product from reliance digital and amt deducted for the installation in the time of billing but no technician turn back... Called several time to the call center... But result remain the same... Pathetic service by reliance digital and team of customer care seems helpless... Each and every time customer care answer that it will be done today... They have wasted my entire day of sunday making me wait that technician will surely visit today but no one visited...

                        Hi, I bought my sennheiser ear phones 6 months back in Hyderabad.As my ear phones is not working and it has 2 years warranty, I requested the reliance trends to give the copy of my invoice they didn't give so please solve my problem.make sure to give the invoice from reliance trends so that I can get my warranty.
                        I want to migrate my big tv connection into tata sky but there is not showing my connection status with the card no. and phone no. I have been trying to contact them they are not in touch. Tata sky asked to contact Reliance Big Tv for this. But i am not able to contact Reliance.

They always assign this work to their service team but till date nobody came to my home. I visited reliance store also but they also gave me only service support no. One day service engineer called me and told to buy new remote as my old remote is also not working. They don't even bothered to visit my home and check the tv. I tried everything to search remote "reconnect qt 166" but all my efforts have been gone in vain as this remote is no where available. This services engineer is charging too much for new remote. If reliance digital is not giving spar parts and service then why they are selling their products and fooling the customers.

                            Hi,

                            I purchased aquagurd superb water purified with (1+4) years extended warranty.

                            Extended warranty contract number is [protected], which is purchased for product
                            Aquaguard water purifier superb ro+uv+uf, model number aquaguard water puri on 11.11.2017.

                            It just worked one day.
                            1. Not very sure what is the problem.
                            2. Installation also faced issue, where i need to call multiple times. That person is not skilled, somehow he installed. It went bad in one day.
                            3. I created support case and called customer care multiple times. Didnot get any info or resolution yet.
                            4. Every time i call, they say they will get back to me but that never happened?

                            Forget about 5 years support, i am not even getting support next day.
                            Can you please escalate and provide solution to me?

                              Called several times to reliance digital asansol contact no.-[protected], but still pending the installation even paid for it. They are saying we had logged a call for sevice centre, but service centre have not given any confirmation about it. Acctually i am very disappointed from such type of sevice. So kindly arrange for refund of the product. Also reliance digital service persons are not even communicating. Mr vijay is a service person at asansol reliance digital store, he is not even communicating and also not giving any higher officials contact no. Or escallating the issue and cut down the call before completing the conversation. This is very unfortunate. We never expect such type of service from reliance digital. Due to such type of irresponsible staff, reliance brand value is going down. So pleaese take a necessary action regarding this.

                                I have made a purchase of the product reconnect electra speakers on monday 11/12/2017 and the store (Reliance retail ltd, beside hotel basera. Secunderabad - 500003) manager (Azghar and the executive mohan) has promised the product will be delivered today. I. E. 12/12/2017 and its not been delivered.
                                Since morning i have made 5 calls to care but there was no proper response.

                                This was the worst service and the support which i have faced with reliance. I hope the delivery would be done as per there wish once after customer makes a payment. I am not sure how the escalation /complaints will be taken care and addressed.

                                But today with reliance i had a very bad and worst experience and i hope this will be not repated with the other customers.

                                  I bought a panasonic 32 hd smart led tv 32es480dx from reliance digital store on dated 7th dec., 2017 through capital first, which was priced at 23990/- and later i checked the details of this led tv in e-commerce sites (Flipkart & amazon), so the price of this tv is 21499.00 + additional services which screen shots attached for your reference.
                                  So, in the morning i talked about the reliance digital customer care, she said, once you go to the store and talk about it and show the price of e-commerce and we are registering your grievance and the complaint number will massage you. Then i do the same things but the sales executive said that
                                  You do not compare our price with ecommerce sites. While ecommerce is giving me very good service + discount from them.
                                  Then how can they say that ecommerce sites are not trustable even reliance also sale the products on ecommerce sites.
                                  Reliance digital sales executive say that we have sell our products at the lowest price from others and we also provide the best services to the customer. Then talk to them after taking the product then these people talk to you in a dirty way and no one register your complaint.
                                  I even told them that your product has not been opened yet, if you cannot give me the same price (21499), then you take it back or exchange it but they refuse. Then last, i said to those people i have cleared your entire payment now (Rs. 21499) but those people do not agree, so i do not want to purchase i will never buy any products from reliance in the future because their prices are much higher than from others and nor their services are good.
                                  It’s a very bad experience with reliance digital store.

                                    I have purchased 32 Inch Sony FULL HD TV from Bangalore Reliance digital and now TV has stopped working it is under warranty
                                    Only LED blinks. So i called to reliance customer care on 18th Sept-2017 and they generated service request number id[protected].
                                    and said that technician will visit to your home within 48hr. But even after 1 week no one visited.

                                    I called again they said they will come in morning but no one came, i kept on calling whole day but no one came they just said technician will come
                                    by afternoon evening.

                                    Finally after two weeks sony technician came and he said there is panel issue need to replace, and it will be resolved within 1 week .
                                    I informed the same to reliance they said it will be done within 1 week. I waited 10 days hoping they will update me on this but there were no update from there side .
                                    I called them they said that they have brought wrong panel so it will take some more time.
                                    I said ok but kindly keep me posted about the progress at call they said ok .. but no one care about customer ..
                                    They never call me for any kind o[censored]pdate or progress .

                                    I request them please start a mail thread so that at least i can know my issue status but on each call they said they they have escalated the issue but
                                    when next time i call them they only said please wait for some time .

                                    I called again they said this part is not available so we will replace the TV . I said ok what ever you do please do it ASAP and please keep me posted
                                    but did not get any update ..

                                    So it is been almost 4 month but no proper update that will my TV be repaired or Not.
                                    No one is calling me not updating on this.

                                    It is really really frustrating and worst service from reliance that i came across . Please refund my money.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Reference to above subscription no.[protected], one fine morning it appeared on tv screen that end of november big tv will cease to air the program and requested to switch to tata sky. Meanwhile dish tv contacted us and promised to adjust my annual subscription account with big tv.

                                      Dish tv sent their technician and install their set up box and took my big tv smart card.

                                      After 10 day of airing dish tv program, dish tv began asking me to pay for airing program, i reminded them what they promised to adjust the monies with big tv, they insisted to pay or big tv stop airing program, which they promptly did.

                                      I have been calling to big tv to pay my balance amount or relays the program since them

                                      I contacted mr. Ajay rathod of big tv who promised me to do the needful, but so far back to square, nothing materialized.

                                      I first request you to recommence airing the big tv program to me as i paid one year subscription to big tv and only 3-4 month we could watch the program. Secondly, kindly issue another big tv smart card as dish tv stolen my smart card.

                                      I humbly request you to resolve the issue as am a faithful subscriber of big tv, continuously associated 7 years with your company.
