We have a complaint against reliance digital showroom of panipat located opposite railway road panipat. We bought a refrigerator in 2017 diwali offer but we did not received cash back from them according to the offer. I visited three times in last month but the person who deal with me who commited cash back on our purchasing is not in the office. He is always out for work his phone is switched off whenever...

I have complained for my tv issue in month of november 27 2017 they first closed my complaint without resolving my issue again they opened complaint but till now my issue is not resolved and on 27 jan 2018 it will be 2 months reliance is not that compatible or technically sound to resolve the issue.
I personally will never recommend any single person to get the reliance product as the reliance product is as same as china product.
A proverb in hindi "chala to chand tak nahi to shaam tak" i really like to use bad words for reliance as their seniors are also behaving the same manner as they are not concerned about customer service.
If you really want to check my issue please my contact detail is [protected] and this is my registered umber on which you will get all the complaints and feedback if you (Reliance) have courtesy towards customer please check and resolve as soon as possible or please reply me that reliance is fraud and as you need money you cheat people and please contact me i will help reliance to keep a charity box in our area so people can help reliance to get money instead of cheating.
In india people accept beggars but not cheaters.

    I purchased reliance reconnect washing machine 9.0 kg from reliance digital store, mansarovar plaza, madhyam marg, mansarovar, jaipur on friday date 19/01/2018.

    The machine was delivered to me on saturday. Even before getting started we noticed that the machine was leaking water from the base. I immediately called mr vineet shukla ( executive at store) who asked me to call the customer care number.

    On monday the technician came and did something with the machine to repair it.

    The machine has cost me my hard earned 12000 inr. I have no intention to use the same repaired machine.

    I am not asking for any refund. All that i am asking for is a semi automatic lg 7.5kg machine. I am ready to pay the difference amount.

    But nobody is ready to help me now. Store representatives are asking me to call the customer care, customer care representative said they will ask the service department to help, service department calls me and tells me to use the machine as it has been repaired.

    I have paid in full my hard earned money for the product which i have to use for the next three to four years or even more and i expect the product to be new and not defective or repaired.

    On 24/01/2018 i get a call from them and he tells me that he can not replace the machine anymore coz we have opened it.

    Beware everyone!!! these people think they have all the rights to send you damaged and defective products and on top of it they can tell you they will not even replace because we opened it. How could anyone know what is in the box without even opening it???

    these extra smart people need to be punished. And the biggest punishment will be not purchasing anything from these people. They will suffer for sure.

      I purchased 2 products which was delivered yesterday.. One is washing machine lg topload 6.2 which was as i seen in your showroom display item same.. I want to replace it and to give new come that model washing machine.. And the second is sony 4.1 sub which has scratches and i need a new piece by replace it..in the bill washing machine rate is 14500 and they take 1500 for warranty charge.. For warranty how we can paid cash this is when we buy they giving security for what we can pay cash for it... Packing is very poor there is no security for items when travel.. I buy these from sobha city mall reliance digital showroom.. Need a acceptable action immediately.. This is a part of cheating.. When we are in showroom they show good items and delivered damaged pieces... Showroom boy name is ranjith...

          I have purchased Sony Led 43X7002E TV from reliance digital Dx Mini, Badvel-516227on[protected]. We received Tv on[protected]. During the purchase of tv the sales person told that you will get cash back of 5% on your sbi debit card with in 2 to 3 months. After completion of 3 months I visit the shop where I ordered, the sales person for cash back enquiry, he did not responding. Till now iam not get the cash back amount. Our tv cost is 67990/- So I request you to please do justice to me.

          I have purchased iPhone 11 during the month of November at price 69900 cash back was 6000 within 90 days but still I didn’t get any updates.

            Dear concern,

            I did not get my refund after more than one month.

            I bought lg automatice washing machine (Lg 7kg t8067nedlh) on 07.12.2017 from your outlet situated at "cp2 city mall, vipul khand, gomti nagar lucknow" - store code - 8983

            Mis-selling had been done by your sales staff mr ajay and sold wm stand/trolley as it is strictly not recommended by lg (The manufacturer) as informed by the engineer who came at my home for installation and demo of wm on 08.12.2017. I informed this to your sales staff immediately over mobile as i was out of station.

            When i come back from the tour, i came to know that stand/trolley was delivered in an open and dirty pack (Photo attached - one at home and another taken at you store on 16.12.2017). Your staff suggested me to return the product at store and he would arrange for refund.

            Wm stand/trolley returned at your store on 16.12.2017 after meet with your staff mr lokesh who assured me that i would get refund in next 2-4 days and he confirm me this by call but i did not get any call or refund till 14.01.2018 as well as he would raise complaint regarding the poor product packing and delivery.

            I re-visited your store on 14.01.2018 at around 6.10 pm, mr lokesh was not there. Met with mr harivansh dwivedi, incharge of home appliances who again assured me to get the refund done within two days or call me if not done. This has been appraise to mr manish kumar shah (Asst store manager - as informed) because mr kunish anand (Store manager) was on leave. Mr manish assured me the same as mr lokesh and mr harivansh.

            I am sad and surprised by this type of pathetic pre & post sales services by all concerned departments of reliance digital (A group company of well known reliance industries ltd.), and certainly i shall not suggest anybody to go to reliance digital for purchasing.

            Till date neither i get my refund nor call from your staff as assured.

            Request you to please look into this and refund my money.

              I would like to know if i can change my billing address and name for the products purchased on dec30 2017 and jan 20 2018. I have already sent a mail regarding this the other day to the team but i received no response. This is important for me to have my own name and my new address on the bill. I wasn't aware that the name and number on the bill should be mentioned at the time of service or any issues. I was informed this after billing and i don't want some others name to be on that. So i request you to help me with that. Thank you.

                  We have purchased dlsr d750 worth rs. 1.40 lacs from r citi reliance digital ghatkopar mall on jan7, 2018. Till date we have not recd camera bag for the same, which your sales person confirmed us that he will provide within 4 days. We visited the mall twice but not getting any positive feedback from sales person. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                    I got a call from your team and said they will call me again. I have not received any call again.
                    No one is trying to resolve it.
                    This is very rediculous.
                    I purchased the tv on jan 13 at around 10pm and people from store call me and say offer is applicable after 10pm not at the time of my purchase.
                    This is not a valid explanation and not acceptable.
                    Next level of mine is...
                    Jn road store in rajahmundry gives the product free and why this store charged me?
                    Return the amount before i escalate to higher level.

                      We had booked a whirlpool fridge at reliance digital panvel on 19th october 2017 and taken the emi scheme of bajaj finance and paid a down payment of ra. 4300. They told us it will be delivered within 10 days and we agreed. Later after 10 days we got a call they told product is out of stock so they need additional 10 days for delivery. We agreed for the same. Again after 10 days we received a call that the production of that refrigerator has been stopped. So we should come and book another model or take the refund. So we went there and they paid our down payment back. As my finance from bajaj was already processed i asked them when will it get cancelled and there should be no deduction of emi. The department man name nilesh assured me that u will get cancellation msg within 7 working days and there will be no such deduction and we got the new refrigerator from another store. But on december 5th 2017 they deducted 1st emi of rs. 1950 due to which the emi of the other store got bounced and i was charged additional bounce amount from the bank. So we went there to talk about it they told us sorry about that am now requesting for the cancel process but it will take time so your 2nd emi will also get deducted on january 5th 2018 and they will refund amount of both the emi by january 15th. The finance person available there gave us in writing that if by 15th we don't get the refund credited he will pay in cash on 16th of january 2018. And today on 18th january also we have not received the refund and they have not even processed cancel request we are behind them from october 2017 and we are paying for the product we have not taken. Please look into the matter and help us.

                          I had purchased many product from reliance digital Kolkata like iPhone 7.samsung note 5 and now reliance dj music system .product from reliance digital are kind of China product bcoz whenever I had purchased a product it always in service centre in till it's one year period after replacement also the same thing happen and now my issue is that I had purchased dj music on date of delivery the product is not working from the date of delivery but now they r saying they will take at least more then 10 days to change my new product which is sealed packed they had open in front of me it's my request you to all pls don't be fooled of purchasing product from reliance digital

                            We bought a samsung tv on 13th jan 2018 in reliance digital store rajahmundry (Near railway station)
                            Model number: mu6470 for 87000
                            It was said that a home theater worth 17000 will be given for 5000 (5.1 home theater) if we bought the tv as a pongal offer.
                            Hence, we bought it and paid 92000 as a whole.
                            However, today i came to know that home theater is free of cost and they will not charge for it as a pongal offer.
                            Store manager cheated us. It is unfairly in order to gain an advantage of the sale. Please take necessary action on the sales team and please return 5k which is paid for a free product.

                              I am very loyal 'reliance digital' customer for last 10 years. I was very much satisfactory with all the transactions as i never faced such a stupid issues.
                              L purchased a samsung 28" led tv on 30/6/2015. No bracket for hanging the tv was provided to me and i also did not know that a hanging bracket is required to hang the tv on the wall. I now have to hang the tv on the wall and on my enquiry i come to know that a suitable bracket is required to get it hanged.

                              Hence i spoke to your service department who told me that it can be provided on chargeable basis. But i do not agree to that as i have no fault in this. Please note that i have all the documents such as receipt, extra 2 years warranty, delivery slip etc. Etc and none of the documents showing the existance of the bracket.
                              Kindly help me by arranging the installation of the tv through hanging bracket.

                                I have submitted my handset on[protected] at noida sec-63 resq centre. They told me that my handset will be repaired within 7 days, though it's 15 days now they didn't tell me the reason for not getting my handset repaired. If this is the service that reliance provide then surely i am not going to buy anything from reliance. My contact no is [protected]. I[censored] have any update and can solve the problem then do it fast.

                                  I bought a reliance reconnect thump 2 speaker set 2 months ago. After using it for a while, one of its speakers stopped working. Its bluetooth is also not working. The only way to now listen to it is via aux or radio, which is not sufficient. And also the malfunction of one of the speakers is also a hinderance. Since it is in its warranty period, i would like to have the product replaced as soon as possible. I'm very dissatisfied with the service reliance has provided me so far therefore i would want that this complaint is worked on immediately.

                                    On 7-jan purchased a samsung 55mu7000 uhd tv for 125000/- invoice 60192557 but was given a display piece by mr. Pankaj & mr. Naresh inspite o[censored]s persisting for a fresh warehouse piece. Finally we received a very used piece without and accessories back panel cover missing and remote not working. Same was immediately highlighted to samsung technician and rel dig mr. Pankaj who replaced the remote with a working one but back panel cover still awaited.
                                    So, we will not sign rel dig delivery note and also samsung service report signed with remark of missing back panel.

                                    In view of this, we will appreciate rel dig to provide fresh replacement piece asap else we intend to lodge a for against mr. Pankaj and rel dig for mis-selling as well as samsung via mass media and consumer complaint.

                                      regarding warranty of my laptop

                                      I had bought my laptop one year back from a reliance digital store in phoenix market city, whitefield, bangalore. Two months later the edges of my laptop broke despite being placed in the laptop bag i got from the same store. About a month later, the screen acquired some blurry white blobs of discoloration and it's still there. As i got to the second year, my laptop became extremely slow. It wouldn't turn off sometimes even if i switched...
