Reliance Digital — I am complaining about my washing machine | |
Hello sir, I have purchase a reconnect washing machine from reliance digital store, located in kakinada city, a. P. My washing machine is not working. So i contact your customer service center and they file a complaint regarding this issue. Till now they only bluff me by giving some routine words, like, machine delivered to service center... Almost same message they spread over 2months, still my problem is not re-solved. So friends, please understand the service and decide to buy the product, my opinion is never ever buy the product from reliance digital at any location. Now i decide to covey this message on social site platform by taking your company name and told all my friend to spread this message to many more platform that not to purchase any product from reliance digital. I recharged my Jio number using a voucher of 50/- from my mothers phone number, money has also been deducted but it's still displaying that my balance has run out
