Reliance Digital — I am complaining about the service person rude behaviour

I booked service on 27/08/2025 then the service person call the next day and said he will reach the location by 3pm so i was waiting for him...i had to go out for some work still i was waiting for him...then the time goes on 4pm 5pm and the person doesn't even respond to the call...and today on 30/8/2025 i called him after 5 rings he picked the call and said i was not well so couldn't come..so i said you could have informed me this then he started talking rudely in an very bad way i want to complain about his behaviour and i don't want that agent to ever visit for service to my place... please take an action on these kind of people
