I purchased an ifb diva aqua sx 6 kg front loading on 26th oct 2019 on exchange offer basis as per your ad in toi dt 25th oct 2019.
New machine has been delivered and commissioned
However old machine has not been taken away from my residence till date.
I made complaints to your shop at nacharam, hyderabad several times and
Logged complaint on toll free number twice with no result

Please arrange to remove the machine soonest possible.
