Reliance Digital — im complaining about my reconnect tv

I purchased a reconnect tv and now recently my reconnect tv screen was suddenly becomes dark and screen is not comming. I complained to customers care. And only 1 week was left of my warranty.. So they didnt response me for 1 week after that when they response me they told me sir sorry your device is not in warranty. Thn the technician came and he is asking me 13k for the repairing where as i purchased this tv in 15k...
And i have all the recordings and time and date of my call history
