Dear Reliance Digital Support,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my Samsung 43-inch TV, purchased from Reliance Digital on 22nd August 2022. At the time of purchase, I also bought a 5-year extended warranty, which should be valid until August 2027.
However, in the ResQ app, the warranty is incorrectly shown as ending in August 2025. I have tried to get this corrected, but there has been no proper response.
I have called customer care multiple times, but no one has been helpful. My requests have been continuously ignored, and I am very disappointed with this poor level of service.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no option but to file an official complaint with the Consumer Forum of India. I request you to treat this matter urgently and fairly.
I am requesting the following:
Immediate correction of the warranty period to reflect the correct expiry date of August 2027.
Better assistance and proper resolution from your support team.
Please look into this matter urgently and respond as soon as possible.
