Reliance Digital — inefficient service.. no commitment

I purchased a tv on sunday and was told that the delivery and installation would be done on monday. On monday i received the tv and a call from your technician sachin, i requested him to come for installation at evening 7:30, but he refused and promised me for tuesday morning 9:45. The entire day i have been hearing all the jazz and my tv is still lying. I called the contact center at afternoon to complain and no supervisors were available to talk to me.
