[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Inordinate delay in jiofi activation

I bought a jiofi device with a sim (no. [protected]) on 10th of september 2016. i submitted a copy of my aadhaar card (no.[protected] as my poi/ poa along with my application. i received a message in my registered alternate mobile no ([protected]) on 19th september, from jm-jionet, stating that my application has been received and my order no. is no000009y8k2. but till date the connection has not been activated. if jio is not able to handle the load, reasonably anticipated, they should stop this gimmic.

My jio sim was redeemed but I am not taken a jio sim from reliance store.my mobile is Moto g4 plus and I also called service centre they can do anything in this case. lastly I am deleted my jio aap. I am vest my time.i have no other options to get me jio sim...
My jio number is [protected]. I have tele verified it on 12th September. I still don't have my jiofi working. I get the red light for signal indicator. Can someone please look into it? Thank you.
