My registered phone number for kent product i bought from u is [protected]. A complaint was lodged on 22nd march 2019, that the machine has stopped working, and sounding an alarm for filter change.
Till date, that 28.3.19, the service has not been provided despite escalating the issue twice.
We would like a refund of the extended warranty costs we paid reliance digital as in the very first service request itself, you are found to be woefully inadequate.
