Reliance Digital — Insurance claim fraud

Reliance are making fool o[censored]s...I purchased 1 plus 7 pro phone from reliance store The Great India Place noida in August 2, 2019...I also take phone insurance from reliance for 6157/- for 1 year in where they claim full insurance of phone either it is screen damage or any internal part damage...my phone back cover got broken costing 3100/- rs in 1 plus 7 I store...now when I tried claiming reliance insurance they are asking for 10% of the phone cost which is 5000/-rs...I tried explaining them that only my back cover needed to be changed but they are not listening...so, why they claimed phone damage will be covered...what should I do...reliance are making fool of their customers...there main motive is to earn money by hook or crook Reliance Digital
