I placed an order for a Samsung 32 inch TV via Reliance Digital via order RDF2143239 for TV model (32T4050) back in Nov 5, 2022...However Reliance delivered a different model 32T4450.
The samsung guy (from Reliance) came and did the TV installation but he also did not point it out.
Now, there is a fault identified with the Motherboard on account of which the TV suddenly goes off air and then after a second of two comes back..
The Samsung Technician who came to see the issue is refusing to fix the TV as the Warranty is against a diff model while we have a diff model. He asked me to get Reliance to issue a new invoice. I have followed up for 5 months with Reliance but nothing has happened. Now, who will bear the cost of Mother change of 3500 Rs. I will not bear it. Reliance is tight lipped and Samsung is helpless. I have sent numerous mails to Reliance on this but no one is helping..
