[Resolved] Reliance Digital — itek wireless neckband headphone dispute product | |||
I have purchase the product from reliance digital on 1st july 2019 and same day i find in product as dispute. After very next day i have bring the product at reliance store and tell them this is dispute product so please replace it but they denied that this product can be changed from iteck service centre. So i am submitting product for further replacement. After 7 days i am going at reliance store for query about replace my product but directly told you should go at service center with adhar card because without adhar card then can't replace the product. Again next day i am going at itek service center along with reliance digital store person, after submitting this product at service center with all original product but that time service person told you need recommendation from reliance digital at their letter head after that we are consider the product as replacement. After that i am telling all details to reliance digital store manager and reliance complain form but they are not bother to replace my product. Last 1 months i am chasing with reliance customer care service and reliance store and even putting my all effort to resolve the issue. I have spend a lot of my money and time to resolve the issue. This is really mentally and morally harassment last 1 month. I need justice against common man. Please take the action as soon as possible because i have not find out the way to panalished them. I need claim the harassment for last one month which i am going through and i am procaliam against reliance digital store against product verification because lot of product are disputed.
