I bought a phone in jan17 i. E j7prime and taken insurance for that. It was v4. At that time they did not gave any kit for that. My insurance is active now. My mobile screen is damage. When i contact to reliance digital they told it was the old version. At that time v6 was there. If v6 is there why u sold v4. If u sold v4 why r u not giving the service. Please reply as your earliest.
